This is a YouTube video titled "Monday Motivation BFG33" containing a motivational talk by Hunter Walk, sharing an inspirational quote from Elbert Hubbard about failure and perseverance, encouraging viewers to keep trying and learning from their experiences. The content is a single-speaker motivational message without a conversation.
Welcome to this week's inspirational quote. This week's quote comes from Elbert Hubbard, who was an American publisher, writer and philosopher born in 1856. And his quote is, there is no failure except in no longer trying. That's a really interesting quote. And in the coaching world, we believe that actually failure only happens when you stop trying, when you stop taking the next step towards your goal. And that completely sums up what his quote is all about. Taking the next step, making sure that you don't end up failing. And I really, truly believe that actually failure only comes when you decide to actually stop taking action towards your goal. Now, I'm not suggesting that you just go out and try and fail all the time, but a lot of entrepreneurs and very successful business people have said the same thing. You know, if you want to succeed in life, you need to double or even quadruple your failure rate. So just keep on taking the next experiment and treating life as an experiment so you know what has worked well for you or may not work in other situations. So think about taking that next step and looking at the drawing board and saying, okay, so what can I learn from this situation? Tweak it a little bit and then take the next step towards your goal. And when you give up, of course, that's the easiest way to stop progressing in life and learning and growing and stretching yourself. So hope you have a great rest of this week, and I look forward to sharing next week's quote with you. Bye for now.
