This is a YouTube short titled "Insane Office Energy: My Crazy Strategy for Viral Vibes #shorts" (created 2025-12-01). It contains a first-person monologue by a single speaker who describes deliberately acting as the "craziest" and most energetic person in the office — doing a daily cheer, pouring water on their head, yelling, and smiling — to create high-energy/viral vibes and boost their mood. The excerpt is a solo performance/statement rather than a multi‑speaker conversation.

But mentally, I decided I needed to be the craziest person in the office. I wanted to lose my, my absolute mind and be the most energetic, excited person. This office thinks I'm absolutely insane, and I love it. Every single day when I do the cheer, I pour a bottle of water on my head. It's freaking hot out here, and I'm just yelling. I'm excited. I'm smiling. I'm happier than everyone else in this office.
