I ran out of those Nespresso tabs and having a little Americano. So it's 2014. Are you freaking out? I'm freaking out. Happy healthy New Year. And hey, thanks for taking some time and learning more about the land business and getting involved and, you know, giving me some attention. I really appreciate it. So let's talk about 2014. And, you know, everyone has their New Year's resolutions, goals, whatever it is, whatever you want to call it, let's get serious about it because I think it's really important that we set concrete goals, not just, you know, pie in the sky goals. I want to make a million dollars this year, but, you know, actionable steps. But the first thing I want you to do is I'm going to have a link to this website, the Oprah website. I know, I know it's Oprah, but I think it really helps to create a vision board. And I've talked about this in the past and just envision and create for yourself what you want your life to really look like. And it doesn't have to happen in 2014. Don't give it any kind of specific timeline. That's really for your goals and setting what I call your wigs, your wildly important goals that you want to get accomplished for, let's say the month, for the quarter, half the year, and for the year, that's a whole other thing. We'll talk about that in another little coffee talk. But just for the start of the new year, just create and visualize what your life is going to look like.
