A short motivational monologue by Mark J. Podolsky using the image of a neighbor's dog restrained by a shock collar to illustrate how people self-limit out of fear of discomfort. He compares prospective coaching students hesitant to learn buying and selling land to the dog, and urges listeners to embrace temporary discomfort, leave their comfort zones, and take chances (mentions an "investor's toolkit").
