Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the land Geek with thelandgeek.com on this week's Art of Passive Income podcast. We're having an incredible discussion that is going to affect all of us. And I know it's a little morbid, I know it's not everyone's favorite subject, but it's going to be something we all have to prepare for. It's our eventual demise, our death. How are we planning for it? How are we preparing for it? What do we have in place so that if we do die in an untimely manner, our state is taken care of, our customers, most importantly, are taken care of, and we talk to the geeks on the round table. What have they done to prepare? And some of them actually may have not prepared that well. So check it out, don't miss it, and I'll see you on the other side. But remember, landgeek. Com and you'll just check out the podcast. Thanks.
