Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the Land Geek with another episode of Coffee Talk. Your weekly or daily. That's not every day, but every few days we have a cup of coffee together and we talk about some quick tips, tricks, techniques for you to really get involved and become extremely profitable in the land business. So today's tip is don't waste your time. Don't waste your money on a website. When you first get started, you don't need it. You know what you need? It's called a landing page or an opt in page. All that is is a quick little page that says hey, opt in to my list which is called email marketing and I'm going to give you something of value called an ethical bribe. For example, if you go to 3 fatal land buyingmistakes.com I have just a landing page right there. Thelandgeek.com is simply a landing page. Even on my website, which I do have, the first thing that pops up is an opt in page. And all of this is to start having a conversation with potential prospects, potential customers and provide them valuable information and establish rapport. We do business with people that we like and we trust and the only way online to establish that rapport is to provide them valuable information. So that is your tip of the day. Don't waste your time with a website that is going to be just informational. You really need to spend some time on, on a landing page, an opt in page. I can teach you how to do that. Go to thelandgeek.com and opt in to my list and I'll provide you additional information. And I look forward to seeing you next time we have a cup of coffee. This is Mark Podolski, the Land Geek out.
