So today is special because one of my land coaching students, Tori from Houston, actually sent me a gift. And I'm drinking that gift this morning. It is java pura from Houston, the best roasters in Houston, Java pura coffee. And I have to tell you, Tori, it's fantastic. So thank you. So the reason I'm bringing this up is because what Tori did was something that I think everyone should incorporate into their marketing, which is a small, thoughtful gift to your clients. Now, this was opposite because Tori's my client and I should be giving him the gift because he's already paid me money, right? But instead, I guess he was so appreciative of my service, he sent me the gift. Nevertheless, if you are providing someone value and they're paying for it, then it only makes sense to try to do some small token, some gesture of appreciation. And the reason being is that we've been doing this as a society from the very beginning of time. There wasn't money. We would just trade favors and trade gifts. And it's a very powerful gesture. So, for example, if someone buys a piece of property from me, I might send them a $25Amazon card or itunes gift card. And just as a small token of my appreciation. Now, the money is really of no consequence. It's the act of actually doing something, showing that gratitude and thanking them that differentiates me from my competition. And hopefully my customer will then go out on Facebook or Twitter and say, hey, just got a $25 gift card from Frontier Properties. Isn't this great? And now I'm getting free publicity.
