Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the land Geek with landgeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So I've been trying out different ways of communicating with my virtual assistants and increasing communication clarification and just knowing where we are in each project. So for example, I pushed out a training project and a training system to have my virtual assistant in the Philippines create maps in an area where I just bought a bunch of property, right? So I sent her the PDF that shows her step by step how to create the maps and the screenshots and what to do and create the GPS coordinates and all that good stuff, right? So how am I going to be able to track her work because she's in the Philippines. So I'm trying out two different communication methods. The first one is Slack S L A C K and it is also it's web based and you can also have an app for it if you're on the Mac, probably the PC as well. And what's great about Slack is that it allows you to communicate and search and archive those communications much faster and easier than an email. So it allows full communication between your team and you create hashtags for marketing, hashtag sales, hashtag due diligence, whatever you want to have. And then people join those groups. You can direct message. It's really a nice way to communicate and of course it's free. And the other one that I'm trying out is Trello T R e l l o.com trello.com it's also web based and we can create projects and we can see exactly where along the lines the virtual assistant is in completing that project in communication, communicating within that project based manager. That one is free as well and I urge you to try them to really help create your systems and increase your management efficiency.
