Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the lane Geek from thelanegeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. Still sticking with my bulletproof coffee. And I have to tell you, my wife thinks I'm crazy. She's begging me stop ingesting so much butter. But I feel great. I feel great. And I have to tell you, like, I haven't been hungry. So since I've been doing this, like, there's no more hunger pangs. But that's not why we're here. We're here to talk about some tips, some tricks, some techniques on how to make money buying and selling raw land. And so today I want to talk about a book I'm reading, the Magic of Thinking Big. And it was really interesting. I came to a chapter where, if you want to boil it down, basically he's like, look, the difference between successful people and people that don't ever reach success is, you know, I know it's simplistic, but it comes down to one thing, and it really is the bounce back. The bounce back. How quickly and how forward or how high can you bounce back from a setback, from discouragement? Because successful people hit them just like the rest of us. And it's hard. It just, you know, they don't like it anymore than anyone else does. The difference is that they have the confidence and that they know that they can just figure out a way to keep moving forward towards their goals. And eventually they have faith in themselves that they're going to reach their goals. And they do.
