Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the Land geek with the landgeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So I want to talk about failing fast, right? In business, you're gonna have failures. It's just inevitable. I bought a subdivision in area in Western Pennsylvania and it was just a complete failure. And I worked on it for three years. What I learned from that if I'd simply tested the market first with an option instead of buying the entire subdivision and the whole community because I was so just enthralled with the low price I was getting, I would have been just fine because the market didn't want the high POA fees, even though I thought it was a beautiful community, lakes and golf courses and gated and restaurants. I thought it was great. My market didn't. And the only way I would have known that is if I had simply tested that property first before I made the big acquisition. So very, very important. Fail quickly with your marketing.
