Hey, it's mark Podolski with thelanegeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So this morning I want to talk about focus, right? Being focused and staying up with technology. So this is something that we see every day. I mean, think about your own life, right? Is there anything in your life that ever stays the same? Anything? We're always in constant change. Things are constantly changing. Technology is constantly changing, and your business is going to constantly change. A good example is Kodak, right? In the 1990s, they're the best in analog photography. And all of a sudden they see this new technology come up, this digital technology. Analog at that time is far superior. But Kodak, even though they knew that the market was changing, they didn't embrace it. They could have been the leader, and instead other companies came in, took over their market, and now no one talks about Kodak Talking about a $20 billion company reduced down to almost nothing, right? So same thing applies with the land business. There's constantly new marketing channels. There's new technologies that help us to scrub our lists and make our jobs so much easier. So you need to constantly stay on top of it. That's why I call myself a land geek, because I'm always on technology and I'm always trying to keep up with technology and do those things.
