I don't know if you can hear it, but this is what I do. I stand at my desk, I got a little trek desk, and walk and work. I'm gonna turn this off though. Alright, let's have that virtual cup of coffee. I hope you're drinking it too. Just drinking office coffee. It's not that great. Hazelnut, whatever. Alright, so a lot of times when people want to invest in the Investor's toolkit and they look at the price and like, oh my gosh, can't afford it, can't afford it, can't afford it. I hate the excuse. I can't afford it. Really can't afford it. In yourself, in education. So I did find a nice site that can help you afford anything. Maybe it's to buy land, maybe it's to buy anything. That is what I would call an investment. Don't go out and buy a car or some kind of depreciating asset, something that's actually going to triple, quadruple, double your ROI. Your return on investment. Right? So the website is opm.com, which stands for other peoplesmoney.com and it's a site that really has all these credit cards at 0% interest for 14 months. 0% interest for 14 months. If after 14 months you haven't been able to pay off that card, you can always go to another card that has zero percent as well and just keep doing that. And until you pay off your balance, if done correctly, you can even figure out a way to not make any payments for 90 days. So it's pretty cool. Check it out. It's going to be my tip of the week.
