A short, informal YouTube tip from Mark J. Podolsky (the Land Geek) demonstrating an easy way to share a screen with customers when selling property by using join.me (no download required). The video includes a brief anecdote about re-recording after a camera failure and closes with promotion of free resources on thelandgeek.com (Passive Income Blueprint, an eBook on land-buying mistakes, and a podcast).

Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the Land Geek. Let's have a virtual cup of coffee together this morning. I'm not drinking coffee. You know why? I'll just tell you a quick story. I did this video earlier this morning. I did have coffee and then my battery went out on my camcorder and didn't save the video and I just found this out. So now I'm re recording the video just for you and pretending to have a virtual cup of coffee with you. I know, I know I already missed our coffee together, but I still have a good tip, so stay with me. Okay, so this is today's tip. When you're selling property, oftentimes a customer will want to know or want to see pictures and maps and get more information from you, right? And if they're not tech savvy, it's really hard to send them these big files, photos or maps. And sometimes they can't receive them. So what I do is I figured this out the hard way because I actually had a customer that needed this. I went to join.me.com join.me.com they can sign up with it in their browser. There's nothing to download, nothing to do, and you don't have to download or anything. And you can share your screen with that customer and walk them through everything on the phone. So my tip of the day join.me.com if you want more tips, tricks, techniques on how to make an incredible income actively or passively buying and selling raw land, go to www.thelandgeek.com download for free the Passive Income Blueprint, get the ebook how to Avoid the three Fatal Land Buying Mistakes, and of course, get the podcast delivered each week into your email inbox. Hey, thanks for having a fake virtual cup of coffee with me this morning and I'll see you next time.
