Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the land Geek with thelanggeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So when you first start doing this business and you're going through due diligence and deal flow and marketing and management. Management, right. What happens if you start doing everything yourself in the beginning and you're learning everything and then you get to the point where, where you want to start outsourcing this business? 90%, 95% of this business should and can be outsourced, but it's actually a lot of work to train somebody. So how do I do this? How can you do this? Well, here's the answer. As you're doing it, use screenshots, make screen cast videos. There's tons of software, there's tons of resources out there. I'm on a Mac. One of my favorite apps out there is called clarifai. And all Clarify does is it shows my VA step by step screenshots of what I'm doing and it's really, really cool. And then I turn it into a PDF. You don't have to spend the money on a software program like Clarify. You can actually make your own PDF and make your own screenshots on a PC or Mac. And it's very, very easy. My coaching students are all doing it. You, you do it one time, right? Yourself, you make your step by step instructions and then you hand off that PDF, that training manual to your VA.
And you're off and running.
And you're going to do that for every little thing that you personally do. You're going to make a training manual. And after about a month, it's all going to be done and it can all be outsourced. And finally you're going to be able to work on the business and not in the business, which is the ultimate goal, right? Because a business should be able to.
Run without your working in it, right? That's a business. Otherwise you get yourself a job. We don't want a job. We want a company. We want a business. You should be able to run automatically on autopilot without you.
But the only way that's going to.
Happen is in the very beginning if.
You start creating your systems and then.
Take the time to delegate and eliminate and then of course, train and systematize.
