Hey, it's Mark the land geek again. And I was just on a phone call with a virtual assistant of mine. He works in Costa Rica and he's an unbelievable tech wizard. And we were talking about my land geek coaching program and you know, he was saying, you know, this is all fine and good for somebody like you, Mark, but what about somebody like me that has no real estate experience? What does it take to really be successful in this business? And it really got me thinking. You know, when I got started, I had very little money, I had no real estate experience, I had rudimentary computer skills, I had no marketing experience. And basically I had a high school buddy of mine take me to a tax sale auction and kind of hold my hand and say, go here, buy it at this price and then do an online auction and see what you get it all worked out. And through trial and error for several years, I steadily learned what I was doing and how to do it. And now I've created this blueprint so other people don't have to suffer the way I suffered. So if you are asking yourself, can I do this? What skill set do I need? To be successful in land, you really need two skill sets. Number one, are you able to take information that I give you, process it and understand it clearly? That is, can you follow directions? If you can follow directions and are able to learn a step by step, step by step system, then yes, you have already completed the first skill set. If you're the type of person that likes to skip around and maybe not necessarily follow a step by step plan, you could still be successful in this. It's just going to take a little longer and be a little bit more painful because you'll make more mistakes. Number two, are you able to hustle for deals? That is, can you be relentless and can you play a numbers game? With my letter writing system, you are going to be inundated with deals. Will you be able to handle that amount of volume of deals? If you're easily intimidated by lots of deals, you can outsource that part to someone else. But ultimately you have to be able to pull the trigger on doing a deal. And every step of the way, I'll be there to help you with your research or due diligence. What you should pay for the property, what you should sell for the property so you automatically know that you're making money on the buy and when you sell it will be great. So these are the two key components. Can you follow directions and do you like to do deals? If you can do both, of those things, then you're pretty much qualified to handle this business. I was a history major in college and an English minor, which basically means I'm qualified to do nothing. So I hope that answers some questions and alleviates some fears. If you have additional questions, shoot me an email. I'm@salesrontierpropertiesusa.com or mark thelandgeek.com either way, that email will get to me. Call me 800-428-3760. But now that you know a little bit about more about me and my story, I'm hoping that this business and this strategy of buying and selling land to create active income and passive income through notes isn't too overwhelming and too intimidating for you. Because it was for me when I started. But luckily I had that buddy of mine kind of walk me through it and give me a little bit more hand holding and that's what I'm going to do for you. Except it's going to be a much more extensive approach every step of the way. And really that's what you're paying for. So the Land geek is out and thanks a lot.
