Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the Land Geek. Thanks for having a virtual cup of coffee with me this morning. I'm still sticking with my bulletproof coffee that Tory, one of my coaching students recommended to me. So I want to talk about the value of joining a mastermind group and I'm not doing this to be self serving. I'm not saying, hey, you better join my mastermind group. But joining a mastermind group I think is important for several reasons and number one, because in this business you can be very isolated. For example, I'm out here in my backyard, in my casita, in my office and if I didn't make a concerted effort to reach out to other people, I could really go about my business not talking really to anybody about getting better with business. So number one is collaboration. Excuse me. So you want to have somebody to lean on, share ideas with and collaborate. Hey, are you having a problem in this marketing area? Are you having a problem with this particular software program? Something like that in a mastermind group is a fantastic way to get those needs met. Another issue with a mastermind group, another advantage is it's exclusive. You have your own group of people that are like minded and are all on the same page, all pushing towards the same goal, which is a phenomenal advantage. Another advantage of joining a mastermind group is the fact that you can always do cross promotions with people in that group and they can always help you with networking and providing you with additional opportunities that may not have been there without that mastermind group. So if you are on the fence about getting involved with any type of mastermind group, again, doesn't have to be my mastermind group. Think twice about it because there's a lot of advantages to it and ultimately the real goal is to help build your business and not feel so alone out there with your problems and your successes.
