Mike's in. How you doing, buddy?
Doing good. How are you?
I'm doing great. What is going on today? Hello, Land Geek nation. Glad to be here. Glad to be back. I'm a little refreshed. I've had a few days off hanging.
Out at the lake.
Been hanging out at the lake. I made a post last week. Kind of working where I want, when I want, which is literally true. So family. Yeah, exactly. So, yeah, feeling refreshed, Glad to be here. Glad to see you. We're doing something special today. Have we done this before?
No, we haven't done a. This is not a nightcap. This is a.
It's a happy hour.
It's a happy hour and we're going to talk about, you know, I love coming into the group and, and I think we're going to start coming in at different times because, you know, listen, we cater to the late night crowd with a nightcap every so often, do a coffee talk. But listen, we're trying to come here at various times to engage you all and see who you are. And we always like to say this, right? And we have our night, our weekly. These events, we call them the lounge. Meet you where you are. Like, where are you in this business? There's five steps, right? I mean, I don't care who you are in this business. Call it what you want. You're. You're working these five steps, these five plates, as Scott Todd used to say. And we're all trying to get them spinning and we're all get. Trying to fill them full of bountiful things like deals that can go through them, right? So. Plate are you trying to spin? Do you even have your plate set up yet? Right? Are you, are you just trying to build that plate? Are you looking at what is the plate? What do you mean by. I mean, wherever you are, we'll meet you there. And we could have that song come as you are, but then we'd probably get banned because basically we bring our songs.
Yeah, they don't like it when we play songs that aren't ours. But no, I love that.
Make our own song, Scott.
You know, the come as you are theme I love also because you know what? Maybe you found us a week ago and you're just learning about this. Maybe you have the toolkit. Maybe you've been through flight school. Maybe you're contemplating coaching, or maybe you're in coaching and you just want to come hang out and network. That's what the land geek lounge is for.
And you know what, Scott? There's People in our Facebook group that may have, you know, been investing, maybe they learned another way, whatever. But they're looking for insights into how to do what we do. And so there's just a. I mean, look at how many people in this group now, Scott. Well over 4,000. Is it five yet?
We're like 4,500, 4,600, something like that.
Right now, granted, there's a core group of people that are really active, and for those people, you know who you are. Thank you so much. Because there's so much value people gain from that. So much value derived from your input, from your questions. And, you know, it's. It takes a little bravery to go in there and say, geez, I don't know something. Let me ask the community, because you're sort of putting yourself out there, and I. And I still that, you know, even if you think you know something, you listen and you probably are going to learn something, because everybody does. You know, there's five plates, but these little ways you can spin it a little different. Right. Little different processes, little different thought processes. So always be open to learning that.
Yeah, exactly. And I like to think of the five gears. That's what I like. You got to put them together first, and then. And then.
Yes.
When you get to the point where you can put all five gears together.
Yes.
And you're just Scott Todd over here on gear one. Just doing this.
Yes.
Just makes the whole thing go.
Yeah. It's like Scott Todd is just like teaching people how to go and blow and the wind of your intention spins those plates. Yeah. So I will say yes, Scott. Great analogy, Scott Todd. That is with the plates, but I'm gonna have to go with Boston on the gears, because when you spin them, it's kind of hard to envision plates spinning and connecting. They sort of just like skim off each other. So. Great concept.
I got some love from you.
Just updated it a little bit.
I got some love from you.
I remember, you know, Scott's a genius with this. Both Scott, Scott Bossman, of course, but Scott, I remember years ago, we're at a boot camp, and we're working with, you know, people. We had, you know, what morphed into be what the VIP room is now. And I remember him talking about this plate spinning, and I, you know, I'm just like, what are you talking about, plates? Like, what is this? Like, I just didn't understand. But then the more I listened, the more I heard. I'm like, oh, nice. Like that. That was before flight school, but that Was like sort of the genesis of it. Because once he identified these five steps, these five processes and how they work, then he started to dial in on the recipe to create them and integrate them. So I would say this is me going on in a limb here. Just because I was around when it was created. We were right, Scott. And I feel like the plates sort of was the beginning of plates. So that'd be a great question for Scott. We have to get him back on to one of our shows and talking about that.
We'll get him back on when you're not hating on him and you guys are on a little bit better terms.
Whoa, look at you. I'm waiting on him.
I know, I know. No, not at all. So here's what I would say.
There's gonna be one clip played for Scott. Like you're gonna, like, segue. This little clip. Oh, boy, look at this. And that's it. I'm gonna have my phone ringing for people I don't know again.
Never. So two things. First of all, we need to say hi to everybody who's watching. So Paul Brewer, I know it's him because he's. He's got the. Happy Monday, gents. He's. He's got the coffee cups behind his name. So Paul Brewer is watching. Natalie Mino is here. Don Parese is here saying hello. Matt Walt is here. He loves the new. He likes this format. I think he likes the happy hour format. The, you know what else we could call it? It's the five o' clock somewhere format.
Yeah. Deal flow somewhere.
Deal flow somewhere. Cheers from Minnesota.
Someone's got a deal flowing.
So Tanja Hokinson says hello from Minnesota. Cheers from Minnesota. Hopefully you're having a glass of wine. Tancha. And Paul Bellotti's on. Wow, I finally caught you guys. Live by accident.
See, Scott, I think this new time now, I want to say too, I think Paul Brewer, I think typically when we go on, when I come on, he is a nightcap. He's working. I think that I figured out that Paul and I have opposite shifts, but today was supposed to be my day at the firehouse, and I swapped it out, which Paul will know what I'm talking about. So I'm thinking, Paul, I'm thinking you're off right now. I'm thinking you're not at the station. See if I'm right. I sort of got a feel that we might be on opposite schedules.
It's 3:30 in the afternoon where he is. So I'm thinking coffee right now might be Nice for him, but.
So two times a day of that Java.
Java. So we did something kind of cool. Well, we did something this morning. We posted a question in the group, and we want to have a brief discussion on that before I. Before we get to that. I would encourage everyone who has never been to a boot camp, a Land Geek boot camp. You need to get registered. It's coming up August 14th, 15th and 16th. It's going to be on Zoom. So it's going to be a little bit different format, but this is a chance to learn from Mark and Scott Todd in real time and to meet a lot of other people in our community whose lives have been changed by this business. What's cool about our community is. I mean, it's. We have a lot of people who are doing this, but we have all these little cohorts, right? We have March flight school, May flight school, June flight school. So now you get to come together and you get to meet people who've been through flight school recently, maybe a year and a half ago, and they're killing it. And it's really a great time to network and make connections and to hear everybody hear everybody else's story, and everybody has an awesome story.
Yeah, it's really powerful the, the boot camp. And I think, you know, a few parts that stand out for me always is grill the geeks. And we're going to have that opportunity here on Zoom, because, you know, you come to this boot camp, you. You're a different. You know, you see people, you hear us talk about it, but you see people that maybe you relate to them more. Maybe just a couple here or. Or father and daughter or father and whatever it may be. And it's sort of. It's not sort of. It's very inspiring. Now, the other thing that I love about boot camp, and I've seen it, Mark do it more times than I can count on both hands, because all the boot camps. But he does this mindset, right? He does this wealth mindset. He talks about, you know, what it really means to be wealthy. And he goes into this whole sort of. I don't want to say lecture, because that would be a wrong way to put it, but it's awesome. I enjoy that so much, Scott, because Mark talks about his experiences and his real life, sort of the way that he's grown in terms of, you know, understanding what wealth is. And so awesome. All I can say is, if you've been there, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, just, just, just go. It's just awesome. I watch it every time. I mean, you know, Scott, we've been there so many times. But I just love watching him talk about this. And it's almost as good as his opening joke, but I won't give that away.
Yeah, the opening joke is classic. I think he said he might have to modify it a little bit, though, so I don't know. We'll see. But if anybody's interested in boot camp, please schedule a call. The landgeek.com training, we can talk about it. Your price per admission is the investor toolkit or flight school. And that was the best decision I made five years ago was getting the investor toolkit meeting Mark Podolski in Las Vegas in the fall of 2015, five years ago. Coming up on the anniversary. So pretty cool.
Awesome.
So should we talk briefly about the question that we put in the group earlier?
Yeah.
Okay. So we put a question. So one of the common things we hear, Mike, and you're gonna hear this tonight when you do. I think you're doing office hours for me. I appreciate that you're doing office hours tonight. Everybody always has a question on how do you engage people in Facebook Marketplace? Or maybe even you get this from a Craigslist reply. These individuals ask the dreaded question that many of us wake up to every morning. We'll see 30 of them in our Facebook messenger feed. Is this available? So, Mike Zano, give me your thoughts on how you respond or how your team responds to that question. And we had some really good examples in the group today that we will read off as well.
Yeah, that's. Listen, it's a really good question that you're posing. Not what that person is saying, but actually both, because that's the beginning. And, you know, the problem with that question is that you may begin to judge everybody who uses it. I think that's. I'm gonna start out with that.
Oh, I like.
You may start to say that. Oh, boy. You know, and the worst thing you could do on Facebook is just start to respond. To respond like, oh, here we go again. Blah, blah. It's like, it's not. You know, each one of those is authentically. It's just. It's just an easy way for them to respond. I don't know. I believe I've never been on the buying side of Facebook Marketplace. I'm pretty sure there's a button they hit. Scott. Right? Yeah. Yeah. So it's just simple. Boom, boom. I'm looking at buying some tires for my truck. Boom. Is it available? Boom. Land In Texas, available. Boom. It's just a process, right? So your job and your goal is to create a conversation from that, you know, and, you know, as Scott Todd always talks about, he likes to put the analogy out there of dating, right? And, you know, when you. When you're courting someone and the process you go through, don't go for the juggler. As you and I were talking, Scott, earlier, which is a. You know, you got to sort of build the rapport. You know, you think about walking up, maybe you're at some sort of restaurant and there's a bar, and you walk up and you see someone that you're interested in. You're like, you're not just looking and go, hey, what's your number? You want to, you know, hey, what's your email? Or what's your Facebook?
And it's like, what's your snap?
Yeah, you're a creep. Like what? You know, we don't want to be the creep on Facebook when someone says, is it available? So don't go number one. Don't go for the jugular, don't go for the kill. This is your chance to engage. And what you want to do is weed out all these people who aren't serious. So I'm gonna say, without going with any descript, like, exact response, that you want to have something scripted that can easily be generated on your phone. You could. If you have an iPhone, you could have text replacement. So you. A couple of clicks, aa, ab, initial response, ir, whatever it may be, it pumps up a whole paragraph or a couple of sentences, and it pops it out there. So you can quickly go, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click. Right? And you can just add that all there. And what. Then what's. And I always think that you should. I believe you should end with a question. And my. You know, there's different perspectives. And we're going to hear about them tonight, right? And that's what's beautiful about it, because they all work. But I like to end with a question, because then what I want to do is see who replies and how quickly do they reply. So I trained my sales team. It's like, okay, you're looking to throw at a bunch of. A bunch of stuff and see what sticks, right? And when, what. How you know it sticks is they reply. And then now you're starting a conversation. So remember you and I talking about this years ago, Scott, with Facebook, it's like people think you're sort of scamming them. All of a sudden, you're not replying like, oh, what's the matter? I'm trying to, like, it's okay for them to not reply to you for a long period of time, but lo and behold, not for you if you ignore them for more than what they think is appropriate. Now you're scamming them, right? So you're looking to engage a conversation. So whatever that reply is, my advice is to make it standard. Make it easy on a text replacement on a computer or your phone, train your VA or train your sales assistant or train yourself that make it very simple. Because nothing worse than typing the same thing over and over again. That alone tax replacement will save you so much of a headache. With this sort of is it available? And then look for a conversation and then engage them and have a strategy sort of like, okay, how do I start to wean them down to this is a serious buyer. And so that's beyond the scope of what we're talking about right now. But I believe you need to have something that's immediate, something that's simple, something that baits some of the question and prompts them to engage you in a conversation, which they will if they're serious.
Oh, I love it. You need to come up with an acronym for that. Say it again.
I love an acronym.
Say it again. The four steps, you just had to be simple.
It's got to be simple. It's got to be something that you can generate in a snap of a finger, right? It has to be something that you can literally look it. I think for everybody. Maybe I are. Here's the problem. If you make it something that you type all the time on your phone, and those of you who have done this, you know what I'm talking about, you'll chuckle. Right now you're texting someone in your family, somebody love, and all of a sudden you hit those buttons and you don't pause to because the iPhone will let you select that or something different, and boom, a whole paragraph pops up.
Oh, my God, I hate that. Right?
Frustrate you in your daily life, right? As much as it helps you in your business. It's like, where'd that paragraph come from? Because you hit the magic two numbers, right? Two letters. So be careful with that. It's okay. I don't know exactly what the exact will be. We'll come up with it.
We'll come up with it. I love it. So Paul Brewer says He's off today. 48 hour shift starts tomorrow. He's on the 48 on 96, off schedule.
I told you, we're opposite shifts, Paul, so I took today off of you because I knew you were off.
Awesome. Jen Rampquist is excited about Boot Camp. Mike Newbel says, how about a response of it is or it isn't. They would then need to re engage. Correct. So I think Mike just touched on that.
Nice, Mike.
It's, you know, it is available. Creating that sense of, okay, let's create some excitement. And it is possible you may own this property or it is not available. But I think the second half of that is to engage with some type of question like Mike was saying, or some type of content or that type of thing. So let's see what else he said. You could then explain that someone is looking at it. But first come, first serve. How many times we've done that? How many times have we said what.
Works in our favor with that? Scott?
Geek Pay. Geek Pay down payment link. Right?
Because I complete you. Five people have this number one person. The number one who's going to succeed is the person who uses it. So anyway, yeah, perfect. Geek Pay is our ally.
Geek Pay is our ally. And for us, that conversation might come a little bit further in the conversation, a little bit further down the line. But to create that urgency, you can create urgency with a quick text, you know, saying, or the fear of missing out. Create the FOMO with some type of statement. All right, let's go through the statements that were put in the group today. Can we. Yeah, let's hear them because these are really good. So this was cool that these guys contributed. Appreciate it. Paul Brewer did contribute and here's his response to. Is it available? It is. If you would like, I can send you more info, such as maps or. Sorry, such as photos, a map link and zoning info. What's a good email? And so that's a great thing, right? He made it known that it's still available. He made it known that he's willing to send these folks some information. And he's asking for the email address.
I like it.
I like it. Here's another one from Jeff Jones. I love this one. Jeff Jones has been to Boot camp? Pretty sure, yeah, he has. I'm not sure if it's available. There's been a lot of activity on it this week and it may be sold. Let me check with my team and get back to you. What are you looking for? What are you looking for in a property insert?
The Jeopardy Theme? People are like, oh, no. Oh no. If they really want it, right. That's going to really ruffle their feathers. Like, what? I can't have it and I want it more now.
Right. So I love how he took that. I'm pretty sure I'm 99% sure. That's a Mark Podolsky lesson from Bootcamp and he converted it to Facebook messenger because, you know, all of us, five years ago, we were on the phone a lot more than we are now. We need to try to create the FOMO through the messenger, through text message, through email, where people aren't seeing us. And that's hard. So I loved that response. It was good. And then we have Kenyan Ziska. He said, sorry, I sold it a couple hours ago, but have a similar property nearby. I can email you the info. What's your email?
Love that. Scott, what were you and I talking about relative to that prior? I think it was about specializing in an area and having multiple properties. This is why if you are somebody who embraces the idea that I can make all of my deals in this specific area and you accumulate similar properties, we talk about that in the mailing side. Think about how this plays out. On the mailing side. We're saying, target a very specific area because then you can have the same price for everybody. The offer side, your due diligence is infinitely simplified. And now look, look at how this is pushing over to the sales side. Nope, it's not available. Even if it is, it doesn't matter. You have other ones just like it because you specialize in this area. So that's an incredibly awesome statement, Kenyon, and love it.
Awesome. Then we had another one. This was a funny one from Brian David. Here's the best response. Try reading the ad. Until then, don't message me back, because how many people they ask you questions, right?
You can write everything you want in there. You could have literally everything that you need to know about that property in that ad. And they'll still ask you, how big is it?
Yeah.
Oh, where is it? Oh, is there a house on it?
I'm going to give. I'm going to give people a little hint on this. So we've used this before, and I learned this from PJ Riley. PJ Riley and I got the toolkit about the same time five years ago. And in every single one of his Facebook ads up at the top, he says in all caps, everything we know about this property is in this ad.
I love it.
You might weed out the people asking too many questions.
You'll still get.
Where is it?
Is this come with a house?
Yeah, it is coming with a house. I like that one. Is there a river Is there a river on the property? Is there a stream on the property?
Great movie reference. A river runs Through It.
The River Runs Through It.
Yes.
It's a great movie. Great movie. Sad movie. Really sad.
Powerful.
It's powerful. But man, makes you appreciate every day, doesn't it? I gotta watch that movie again.
I was just thinking the same thing.
Robert Redford and was Brad Pitt in it?
Brad Pitt's in it.
And one other actor is a.
Is a very famous actor, I think. Not very, but he's a famous actor. It's not Daniel Day Lewis, is it?
I'm not sure. I gotta go back and watch it again.
Anybody out there knows who's that other. Who's Brad Pitt's brother in A River Run Through It?
Yes. You know what? It's probably a book. I should read the book. So. Yeah. What else can we say, Mike, about is this available? What's your best response? I don't know. I think this has been a good discussion because. And I think we need to come up with an anagram for your. Your process there, because that was pretty awesome.
Do we have any comments? Do we have watches? Anybody?
Have we got some watches? We got some watches, yeah.
What do they like the best?
Yeah. Which one do you guys like the best? Of the three we read Paul Brewer, Jeff Jones and Kenyon Sitzka. Let's have a little vote to see which one you like best. I think it's so awesome that those three guys who have done a ton of deals went in the group today and they are showing people what works for them. And that just speaks to the power of this community, the fact that nobody's afraid to share info because this market is very, very massive.
It is. It is very massive. And it's just. It's just an awesome opportunity here that we have to learn a very unique niche, right? This is in terms of real estate, it's small dollar numbers, right? But the return is really beyond what most people would expect and sometimes to the point of unbelievable, right? And it just speaks to the power that we have our buying side, right? And how we make our offers and how we negotiate our purchases. And the fact that we are the bank, we are the ones that offer that seller financing. And so it's a very unique niche, great opportunity. So those of you out there listening, no matter where you are in the process, double down on it. Double down on it. This is amazing. I love it.
Dawn Paracel says it works. She tried it this morning. Thanks, Paul. She got five emails in less than 15 minutes. That's a pretty good. Pretty good addition to your buyers list. Somebody says Paul's was the best. Somebody says the first one was the best. Paul's getting a lot of love. Here's a question. Do you have VAS cover expense? Sorry? Do you have your VAS cover your responses 24, 7 or what hours do you cover? That's a good question.
Not 24, seven. Yeah, not 24, seven. They have certain hours that they work, that they do respond to people. You do definitely have people who will engage at odd hours. This is the talking about the whole United States here, right? There's people that work odd hours. There's time zone differences. There's people who work nights, days. So, you know, but I think just having sort of someone who works in a. Sort of, you know, in a capacity where they're continually responding. Right. And. But not 24, seven. No.
So Paul Brewer says three times a day, Monday through Friday. I like that. I mean, it's. It's hard to, you know, it's hard to navigate the waters especially, you know, you guys might get to the point where, you know, maybe a lot of you right now are, honey, I'm live on Facebook. That's my wife showing up.
It's like a segment.
Yeah, it's a segment. This is Christine.
Come in here.
This is my wife and her friend Erin and Christine.
Hello.
Hello. Hey, Mike.
What's going on? How are you?
They're having a girls night. Had to come in and say hi. So let's see.
We love those appearances.
So Paul Brewer says he handles the weekends for now. So here's the thing. Like, you guys may be starting right now with your doing one ad a day, right? And maybe you haven't outsourced it. It's hard to navigate and, you know, keep track and have quality conversations with all of these leads. So I love the three times a day thing because you don't want to be on your phone every single minute of the day. You're gonna drive yourself crazy. So I like that. I like.
But I love what you just. You just put out a great point there. And it's the consistency.
Yes.
So if it's one time a day, be that same time of day every day, or if it's three times a day, then do that. Whatever it is. Just if it's one ad a day, make it one out of day, not one ad a day, then miss a day, and then have another day, then another day, then miss a day. Whatever you're doing with your processes, make them consistent. But Start out manageable. Don't go for the, the big like, oh, I'm gonna post 10 ads a day every day. And you don't have a VA team in place and you're gonna, you're gonna overwork yourself. And this, the whole idea behind this is to have fun while you do it as well. You literally can have fun doing this business. And if you're not, slow down, take a deep breath, scale down a little bit, but make it consistent and you'll have more fun and you'll get more results.
Right. Matt Walt says, I've been using a line very similar to Paul's but just switch switched to something like Kenyon's thanks to some inventory churn. That's awesome. It's been a fun way to put pressure back on the buyer.
Yeah. You're the prize, right?
Yeah.
It's not like you're looking for them, they're looking for you. And you, if you think of it that way, right, these people, you have an asset that literally thousands and thousands of people want. You need to find those people. That's why you market to them. And then when they start responding, you need to close one of those people. But you know what, you're offering them something that they truly want and desire. Don't feel like they're doing you a favor. You're doing them a favor. You're helping. You're allowing them to own an asset for a very small payment. You definitely are the prize.
Awesome. Let's see. Paul Brewer handles the weekends for now. For now. Love that. I like that because that is all part of the, the gear system, the plate system. Right. Paul's going through coaching right now. He's building his business. He's getting to the point where he will be the conductor of his machine. And for now he's doing the work. But not forever. Not forever.
Forever. And that's the beauty of flight school. Scott's teaching you how to build a system that has room for scale. It's not, it's an open ended. Right. It's not like this is it. Okay, you get all this stuff now do it. It's like it's got the. And then it's got. And what's next? It allows you to build scale into it. That's the beauty of that system as Paul can tell you because he's now scaling quicker than most would because he's in coaching. And so then people sometimes ask us, good point to bring out, do you guys have coaching? But what about flight school? Flight school gets you effective. I Mean, you go through flight school. We wouldn't have 180 guarantee if you weren't going to do deals. You're going to be effective. But then there's efficiency and that comes through deal after deal after deal. And that might take you on your own several years or more. Or you might say, I'm going to trade up my time, I'm going to invest in coaching, I'm going to invest in myself, and I'm going to scale that. So that's always an option as well. Thought I'd bring that up because it's a common question.
Awesome. Well, you know what, everybody's giving Paul a lot of love, but I got to give Jeff Jones some love because I love his response. I'm not sure. There's been a lot of activity on it this week and it may be sold. Let me check with my team and get back to you. What are you looking for in a property? What are you looking for in a property? That's an engaging question. Some may argue that, you know, asking for the email address in the first statement is maybe going for the jugular right away, but it's also maybe weeding out. Weeding out.
We'll call it the weed whacker method.
Yeah, it's the weed whacker weed whacking method. But I do, I do really like Jeff Jones approach and Kenyons as well. I use Kenyons all the time, you know, and usually, usually, you know, it's the truth. Hey, it's sold. That's why we don't take our ads down. Right? Don't delete your ads. Don't say sold on your ads because you're gonna get people answering those ads for weeks, months. We just had somebody respond to some ads from like last December or something. I don't know how the heck they find them. They probably do a search in Facebook and they find them, but they're answering ads for properties we sold in December. So don't take the ads down and, you know, create that urgency in the first response.
Yeah, the thing about. I love all the responses. Paul could be considered going for the jugular, but it's working for him. He likes to weed whacker them out. Jeff. Jeff, right.
Jeff Jones.
Yeah. As well. Kenyans is predicated on having one area, but that is the goal. So that's a high level answer and I love that.
Awesome. Very good, dude.
All right, well, well, we should say this. Everybody was listening. Some of them may not understand what I'm talking about. I need to get ready for office hours. What are the office hours?
So office hours are at the back end of flight school. You have 11 core modules with Scott Todd where you learn every facet of this business and then you have five sessions at the end. We call them office hours. They occur every Monday night. They're an hour, hour and a half long. And it's a chance for the flight school cohort to basically pummel Mike Zanel with questions or myself with questions, or Mimi Schmidt with questions. Eric Peterson and Tate Litchfield. Do it for our one on one coaching students. So this is something that occurs not only in flight school, but also with our one on one coaching students every Monday night for an entire year, sometimes 18 or 24 months if you go through coaching for that long. So imagine every single Monday night you're able to just point, you know, put your questions out there to an experienced land investor who's been doing it for a long time and hopefully get some quality answers from us goofballs. But that's what happens tonight. Office hours. It's the first of five sessions for the May class.
Can you picture them, Scott? They're going from Scott Todd to me.
Yeah, right. Hey, that's all good.
Welcome flight school participants.
The march flight school people were quite sad that they didn't have any FaceTime with Mike Zago. So I think. No pressure. Oh, yeah. Somebody just said, I feel ripped off. You never did office hours for us, Mike.
I'll have a magic get together for them. How we do that? I'll do it. You know what we have, and I would encourage every single one of those participants to come to is the linkage lounge.
Yes.
Entering all questions. Come where you are as you are.
What night are we doing it?
This. This week? Oh, whoa.
Wednesday or Thursday?
Wednesday. I'm at the station Thursday. So Wednesday night.
Wednesday night, 9pm Eastern. Land Geek Lounge. 10pm Eastern. Nightcap.
Yes. Drinks are optional. Don't feel compelled just because Scott and I will have a bourbon or a whiskey or some other sort of alcoholic beverage in our hand. You can bring coffee, tea, milk, wine, water. Whatever suits you.
Awesome.
Just come.
Thanks, buddy.
Buddy.
Thank you. Dude. Buddy.
I like this. I like that you engaged the the group. Earlier in the day we came here. We're gonna do more of these. So if you're listening, please put some comments in as to what types of questions or content or what topics you'd like us to cover. And we will do that.
Awesome. You like talking.
I know. I better stop. I gotta get ready. I don't want you to get a lot of talking to do in a half hour. 20 minutes.
Yeah, right. All right, have fun with that. We'll see all you folks later. Wednesday night for sure. If not before, you never know when we might pipe in. Oh, by the way, flight school starts Wednesday night. If there's anybody on the fence, it's not too late.
Two nights from now.
Two nights from now. Another flight school cohort. Very exciting. It's always very exciting night. So thanks, everybody. Have a good night. Zano. Thank you, buddy. Appreciate you.
Talk to you soon, too, buddy.
Okay, bye.
