Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the Lane geek with the Lanegeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So you're doing deals, you're sending out your offers, you're getting in your deals, you're doing your due diligence, you're closing the deals, you're marketing the deals you're selling. It's fun, right? But how are you doing it? Are you multitasking? Because I guarantee if you're trying to send out an email at the same time you're working on your marketing copy at the same time you're doing your due diligence, that something's not getting done with quality. Hopefully it's not the marketing aspect. So it turns out there's been studies done. Multitasking doesn't work. If you're a big multitasker, I guarantee you're probably more stressed than you need to be. Focus on one activity at a time and do it as well as possible. Take your time. Try to get into that flow state where time just seems to go away and fully devote your full attention to it. Right? Don't check the email, don't see what's going on on Twitter or Facebook or anything on social media. Just get that one task completed, then go to the next. So hopefully that's going to really help you enjoy working on your business and even in your business, a lot more. So if you want more tips, tricks, techniques on how to make an incredible income actively and passively from buying and selling raw land, go to www.thelangeek.com, download the passive income Blueprint, get the ebook how to Avoid three Faded Land Buying Mistakes, and of course, get the always informative and engaging Land Geek podcast delivered each week into your email inbox.
