Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the lane Geek with thelanegeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. I'm still sticking with that bulletproof coffee if you haven't tried it, gotta try it. I'm never hungry. It's amazing. Okay, so today I want to talk about the power of checklists. The checklist is so powerful, there's actually a book written about it by a surgeon. Because mistakes are so easily avoided today with just a simple checklist, it's like unbelievable, right? So if you're not doing surgery, that's okay. Still you can utilize the power of checklists. And the place where I use it the most is in due diligence. So all of my due diligence VAs, they all get a checklist, right? So as soon as we get an accepted offer in, it goes to my va, they start doing the maps and they go through my due diligence checklist one by one by one. Nothing gets missed. And I can look at a one page summary and I can know immediately this is a deal I want to close, this is a deal I want to option or this is a deal I'm going to pass on. It's phenomenal. And you can even use this with everything in your business, checklists, even managing just your day, what you want to get done personally professionally. Checklists are great so I can't stress it enough. Have I mentioned have a checklist?
