Hi, I'm Mark Podolski, the land geek with Frontier Properties. I've been buying and selling land online for over 11 years. And in that time I've experienced a great real estate bubble. And I've also watched it pop. And I lived through that. No fun. But now is an unbelievable time to buy land. Pennies on the dollar, in fact, don't even buy land. Buy a house, buy an apartment building. Buy something. Because now is the best time to buy real estate. It's just this perfect storm of low interest rates and fear and blood in the streets. And we all know that's the time to buy. So why do I like land so much? Basically, I'm not a handy guy. Ask my wife. I can barely change a light bulb. I'm the kind of guy that knocks on the neighbor's door and says, hey, the toilet broke. What do I do? So I just like raw land, no headaches, and I don't have to worry about a tenant. I don't have to worry about somebody calling me at two in the morning saying the plumbing broke because I wouldn't know how to fix it Anyways. So the land that I acquire is typically this rural land with privacy and mountain views and. And fresh, clean air out in places way away from populated areas. So I immediately knew what to do. I am a geek. That's why I'm a land geek. And I take the phone, I put it in a bag of rice. The rice is going to soak up all the moisture.
