Hey, folks, my name is Jonathan Kennedy. I am a current student of Mark Podolski, the land geek. I have successfully bought and sold two pieces of land for a net profit of $20,000. And I did that implementing the techniques that Mark teaches in the course.
Mark teaches a strategy that you can use in the beginning when you don't have a lot of cash, as I didn't. And you can still be effective in the business.
Now, I came into this with relatively little experience, so I have no doubt that anyone can make this system work for them. All it takes is a little bit of consistent time and effort.

Got a lot of information. Hi, everybody, my name is Bob Anderson. For the past several months, I've been selling the land and it's unbelievable the returns. Just want to say thank you. Me and Mark met a couple years ago and my business, I had a land business at the time and it was struggling. It was very unorganized. And I was making about 10 to 20,000 a year just doing it. A lot of work. And he really organized my business after his coaching and learning his toolkit. It brought my note business from, I don't know, five or ten notes I think I had at the time to over 50 now. The last deal I just made was a 640 acre parcel that I just bought and paid 15 grand for it. And I'm going to sell 16 of them. I'm gonna break them up into 40 acres each and sell those for 15 a piece. So monster deal. Mark. Couldn't have done it without you and your help with everything. As you can see, it's my office. I have children. You can see my basketball hoop in the background. My son plays a little basketball and every other sport. I work out of my home. I'm a firefighter, so I do this part time, a couple hours a day. And it's definitely brought me to the point where I can retire early from the fire department. Probably in five or six years from now is my plan. I just can't imagine anything better than this land flipping. And thanks to meeting with Mark and getting coaching sessions, as well as the weekly mastermind calls, they help to push you. Also to motivate you to succeed.
