No, don't do title searches on properties. Properties you don't know if you're going to buy or not, or be able to acquire or invest in at the tax deed or tax lien sale. No. Now, after you buy the property, let's say there are services that you can use to help you do a title search. Since 2001, since I've been doing this, how many properties have I bought at tax deed sale that I've had a title issue on? That's right, zero. It's very rare.
