Okay, so in the last Coffee Talk video, we talked about the one key to becoming extraordinary at anything, even if you have no experience and no talent. In fact, talent and experience have been proven to be completely unrelated to extraordinary achievement. And there again, is only one way to become extraordinary at anything you do, and that is deliberate practice. And so I wanted to expound on that. So what does deliberate practice actually look like? And literally what it is, it's just immersing yourself hours every single day and struggling at whatever it is that you want to get great at. You want to become a great chess player, then you're going to have to hire a chess coach. You're going to have to play chess every single day deliberately and practice moves deliberately. And you're going to have to feel how bad it feels to not get it and not get it and not get it. And then one day, after hours of practice and deliberately practicing, you get it, and pretty soon you. You're a chess champion. In fact, there's a famous psychologist that proved that this works. He married a woman that they both agreed they would raise chess champions. And so neither one of them have any chess experience, and they just immersed their two daughters in chess. They played hours every day. They went through deliberate practice. They have a whole library filled of chess books, and sure enough, they're chess champions. So deliberate practice is really important in any field, and it can apply to your land offers and real estate as well.
