Short YouTube monologue by Mark J. Podolsky (The Land Geek) recounting a podcast conversation with Joanne Fraser and the story of "Joran," who turned $800 into multimillionaire wealth within three years after a tax-sale deal. Mark highlights Joran's practice of immediately registering inexpensive (99-cent) domain names to capture many experiment-ideas, accepting that only a few will become real projects. The piece encourages constant experimentation, taking action, and offers CTAs to visit thelandgeek.com, subscribe to the podcast, and check the "Art of the Land Flip" program.

Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the lane Geek from thelanegeek.com let's have a virtual cup of coffee together. So yesterday I completed another podcast with my podcasting buddy Joanne Fraser, who lives off the beach in Carlsbad, California. And Joran's story is really amazing. Here's a guy, he started with $800, went to a tax sale auction, and in three years became a multimillionaire, all starting from one deal. Now he works out of his house, he surfs every day, he plays basketball, and he travels around the country, he does deals, he's on the board of several startup companies, he has a venture capital fund. So he's doing lots of amazing things. So what I really particularly like about Duran's story is that he started with nothing, didn't have any family money, didn't go to college, didn't have any family support. In fact, he just had $800 and thought, well, here's a good investment that I can make and just was aggressive. And what I learned yesterday in Duran when talking with Duran, and my tip is that whenever he has an idea, he doesn't write it down. He immediately goes to GoDaddy.com and registers a 99 cent domain and thinks, okay, here's a good idea. How come there's not a good idea for land reports? So he goes in and for 99 cents he registers freelandreport.com now, he might do 100 of these a year. So for 100 bucks he might only keep one of these amazing ideas that he comes up with and implements only one. But he's constantly forcing himself to experiment and just by going in and taking 99 cents, he's taking action. So I really admire that. And I think if you want to achieve that level of success, no matter what your background is, no real estate experience, you don't have a lot of money. But if you have the willingness to constantly experiment and innovate and most importantly, take some action, it's going to be hard not to achieve whatever it is that you're trying to achieve. If you want more tips, tricks, techniques, how to make an incredible active and passive income buying and selling raw land, check me out at www.thelandgeek.com. start subscribing to the podcast.
