Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the lane Geek with thelanegeek.com let's have a virtual cup of coffee together. So I want to know, when you first woke up this morning, what did you do? Did you plan your day? Did you have a cup of coffee? Did you have breakfast? So what exactly did you do first thing in the morning? Because what I really want you to do is avoid the. What I like to call the resistance. Right? The resistance is the rationalizations that we make to avoid doing the real work that we need to do in the land business. And the real work that we need to do in the land business is very, very simple. You got to make offers, you got to go out, and you've got to make at least 25, 50 offers a day, preferably, ideally, at least 100 offers a week. Right? It's not that hard. But you have to do it. And there's a million reasons why we'll resist. We don't want to make a mistake. We're not, you know, focusing on the right county or there's some other issue there. We don't have time. I'm doing this part time. Whatever it is, ignore it. Because really what's going on is it's the resistance. And the only way to beat the resistance is to do what Nike says. Just do it. Know that the resistance is acting on you and don't let it beat you.
