Able to create our own business and generate passive income at the same time.

So a little bit about our journey. We bought the toolkit, we joined Scott Todd's awesome flight school. We started mailing right away and basically following the recipe that Scott teaches in flight school, he quickly or compartmentalizes the business has you focus on things that need to be done in the correct order. And before we knew it, we were buying and selling properties. I gotta say, happily, this year we've sold 62 properties so far. We've achieved our revenue goals for the year. It's been a great ride. It's just consistency, it's mailing, it's marketing, being consistent, taking action, and it will pay off.

Hello, my name is Sven, I'm from Germany and I would like to talk a little bit about my success that I have had so far with the land geek flight school training. So I made a slow start. I learned a lot theoretically and set up my systems, took one full year. Then I acquired my first properties and sold it relatively quickly. So that was before flight school. But then when I joined flight school, really that boosted my land investing activity and also my confidence and certainty that I'm doing the right thing. So I can only tell you, like Scott Todd says, put in the work and follow the recipe, then you will be successful.

If you're like me, I was questioning whether or not I should spend that figure or that amount of money on my land investing business. I could just do this with the toolkit. Stop it, stop it. As they say, it is ninja style that my instructor, my teacher. Teachers are phenomenal. They motivate you, they implement all the web tools.

Definitely catapults you into a working business. If it wasn't for flight school, it probably still be stuck in analysis process paralysis trying to get the list or something. Set up my website. Flight school definitely pushes you to your limits. And I'm very thankful for everything Scott did to make me set my business up.

Having a coach and a mentor like Scott Todd helping you through that process was invaluable. I wanted to cut down on that time from concept to implementation and boy, did that accelerate the process. And it was good. Whatever you're considering about the land business, I would encourage you to take a look at the investors toolkit. Like I said, that's just a great resource. Chock full of videos and learning materials and it's just an investment in your business. The flight school is really an investment in yourself because it will help you really see the big picture and take it one step at a time. And with Scott's devotion to his students, some of the best I've ever seen. I mean, it was just a great, great learning experience.

I've got all this passive income coming in and now my family can live free. It's great. It works. I highly recommend, give Scott or Mike a call if you have any questions. They're great, authentic, real, transparent people. They will tell you their story. And my story is that as an active duty service member, this has been a huge blessing to me and my family.

You know, if anyone is on the fence about going ahead and doing flight school, I'd recommend it, you know, if you're serious about making this a business, because it just lowers your barriers of entry. And so I'm really excited about the future I have in this.

It's more than just buying and selling. It's a process of the business that you actually get into. And as Scott's teaching this class, we really picked up so much from the content that he provided and actually just his own experiences that we got through it. Mark's systems that he's got put in place really makes this business something that you can kind of move forward and really do something with or the rest of your life.

The class itself, we felt when we completed the class we were fully equipped to be successful in the land business. We were asked how would or how could they improve the class? And we sat and thought about it and talked about it, and to date, we have not found anything that we felt like was missing or lacking from the class. As I said, we felt fully equipped with leaving the class to implement the systems. And even if we ran into hurdles or questions, we had an entire land geek community that we could rely on, from the coaches, the land geeks themselves, to people like us who are just trying to get their business off the ground.
