Talking to you on the computer. Who would have thought back in the day that we'd ever be able.

Are we live?

Yeah, we're live.

All right, Very cool.

Who are we? So for those. Yeah, yeah.

And you know, we love coming on here and talking and I think that you and I were talking about execution. You and I were having a discussion about information versus execution. And there's so many people in this group. I'm sure there's many people that are having that battle today. So we want to talk real quick about it.

Yeah. The beauty of today is that there's no lack of information anywhere.

Right?

I mean, you can piece together things on your own and hoof it and find all the information you need. We and other land training businesses have information packages. Like you can buy packages of information, you can seek that information out. Our toolkit is a vast treasure trove of information. Like you mentioned the Wikipedia for land investors.

Right.

There's no lack of intel in that investor toolkit. But what I think you and I were getting at with our discussion a minute ago is that the people who seem to succeed in this business are the ones who not only assimilate that information and, you know, take it all in, but it's the ones who execute. And we have some pretty amazing ways of executing in the land geek community. Two of, you know, two of which are coming up.

Yeah, we have flight school always. But boot camp. Boot camp is amazing because it's a gathering of people that are like minded. Here's the thing. Everything out there today, there's just an overabundance of information on it and that you would think that would be better, but it's actually crippling because you can overthink everything completely to death. Every. I don't care what it is, you can overthink it, anything you want to do. And the land business is no different. So there are so many people probably out there right now that are overthinking it. And you know that there's all the questions about, you know, scarcity, all the questions about proof of concept, all the questions about, you know, all of that. And none of that leads to execution, which is mailing. None of that leads to doing the things which is going to move the business forward. So what you have too is that you have a situation where when you go to boot camp, you make that move to go to boot camp and you surround yourself by people who are taking action. It does something to you and it changes you, and then you start taking action. So all those people listening to us right now that have the toolkit and have not utilized those boot camp tickets, you owe it to yourself to go. All of you that are on the verge of getting the toolkit, you need to get it because it's one of the highest. You know, one of the best things about the toolkit is the tickets to boot camp. So, you know, it's coming up very quickly, but it's in Vegas. Who doesn't want to go to Vegas? You know, many of you listening right now probably could drive there. So I'm telling you, it's incredible.

Yeah. How many people can get a last minute flight to Vegas dirt cheap? I mean, there's always cheap flights to Vegas, Right, Right.

So it's coming up quick. All day. I mean, all day Friday, all day Saturday, half day Sunday. It's in what, like two, two and a half weeks or so. It's not the end of next week, the week after, right?

Yeah. Two weeks and two days. It's crazy.

Yeah. So, you know, this is a perfect time. If you've been thinking about this business model, if you've been researching it, if you've been, you know, just looking at all different ways you can go about it, but you've done nothing and you have the toolkit, go to boot camp. And if you've been looking at ways to do this, you don't have the toolkit. Get the toolkit and go to boot camp because it's gonna help you in so many ways. It's amazing. And aren't we gonna have something a little, you know, we're having a little online get together again this Thursday night, Right?

Yeah, let me, let me talk about that here in a minute. I actually just pulled up a testimonial here that I want you guys to watch from a couple that attended boot camp. And you know, just to reiterate what Mike was saying, you get so many things at boot camp. It's, it's. You get high level training from Mark Podolski, who's very motivating and very genuine. He's changed his life with land investing. He has assisted others in changing their lives with land investing. So it's very, not only is it educational, but it's very motivational. You get to grill the geeks. You get to talk to all the land investors who are in the thick of coaching and how their lives are being changed. And then, you know, you get to just network with other people who may have similar goals as you, similar mindset. Right. How powerful is it to be in a room full of people who have goals of financial freedom and time freedom? So it's a very uplifting weekend. And I'm gonna play this here. Mike. I don't know if you're gonna be able to hear it or not, but I'm gonna play Alicia and Ray. I'll play their testimony there for a second.

We're actually just in our office hours, and we just came to boot camp.

Absolutely amazing experience.

I'm Alisa Church, and like you said, we just finished flight school at Starburst boot camp. The instruction here has been amazing. It was a great follow up to flight school. And all the instructors are very approachable. They gave us great advice, great takeaways to implement when we go home. And we're looking forward to our next.

The amount of knowledge and just how everyone gives their time, how generous they are of their time is incredible. And to get all of the coaches here and all the VIP students, all the networking you get to do is so worth it.

Just be with it.

Even if you're just thinking about it or on the fence, you got to commit and do it because it's an amazing experience.

And talking to the other students and flight schoolers and people who have the toolkit and finding out where they are, what they're.

Oh, shucks. All right, cut off the. I don't know, the end cut off for some reason.

Oh.

So. But anyway, that was Alicia and Ray talking about their experience at boot camp. And they came in, everybody comes in with a little bit different perspectives. Some people come in, they've just gotten the toolkit. Some people come in, they're going through flight school. Some people come in, they're going through coaching. Alicia and Ray had. They had started flight school. I think they were week three or four into flight school. They have an amazing story. They got the toolkit first, decided they wanted more of an execution type program. So they went into flight school, did that for a few weeks, came to boot camp, which they said really springboarded them into action. And Mike, I think Alicia and Ray, they're probably five months now after they started flight school, and they've done over 10 deals.

Right. That's action. That's what happens when you just remove the overthinking component. You know, really the best way to do it is surround yourself by people who are doing the business, people that have been doing it for a while, short period of time. It just gives you, you know, different perspective and allows you to take the action necessary.

Awesome. So we are going to have, as you were alluding to a minute ago, we are having an event Thursday night. We're going to talk primarily about boot camp and the power in it and why people should go. And for those of you in the Vegas area who are, let's say you're within a drive of Vegas or a short flight or whatever, it would benefit you to come to this call because we're going to have an opportunity for you to come join us here in a couple weeks.
