What's up, Land nerds? I'm trying to take this video in one take. I almost stumbled over saying take, but this is a testimonial about my coaching experience throughout the Land Geek program. Now, I've been thinking about this the last couple days, and, you know, it means so much. I've never done a testimonial before, and it means so much being able to express my gratitude in a way that doesn't come off like I'm trying to sell anyone on the program because. And again, that's why I'm trying to make this all in one take. I didn't write anything down. I wanted just to be authentic because it truly has been an experience that I am so humble and grateful for that. The only way I think to be appropriate in a testimonial is to be authentic. So hence why there's no script. And I may be stammering throughout the entire thing and circling and doing all my neuroses, but I ran into Mark. I heard about this Land Geek thing when I was at a real estate conference in Denver, and it was for. I think it was for different sort of types of investments. My wife is active in real estate. I've been active in real estate. But there was something about it that never quite resonated with me outside of intellectually being able to grasp the power of real estate. I bought flip homes. I did rental homes. And honestly, it was such a pain in the butt that I understood the business model. But we are now, let's jump back to back in Colorado. So I'm at this conference and it's mainly for, I think, commercial investors, passive investors. But anyway, Mark happened to have been speaking on a panel, so the moment he started talking about the land business, I perked up and I was having a terrible weekend. I was like, man, I don't want to be here. I don't plan on investing in any condos. I don't want to be here. But it changed my life. I heard Mark speak and it just. It clicked with me and. And this whole program is not a too good to be true thing at all or any of that. And look, if I'm going to go, I'll drive six extra miles to go get a tank of gas at a cheaper cost. Now, when you talk about, am I going to invest this money into coaching? This took a lot of time for me, and that's why I'm really right. Now, if you catch any hesitancy, it's me being just nervous that I articulate this correctly. It's not a too good to be true thing. You just gotta wake up and bust your butt every single day and take full advantage of the coaching if that's what you decide. Because I can honestly tell you, if I didn't do the coaching me personally, this whole process would have not been as enjoyable. Right now when I say me personally, I'm pretty sure most people share that in common with me that we are totally open to doing better when someone who has made a complete living and proven themselves are our mentors. So it's a no brainer, right? And investing in your business is something that you really do need to understand. Whether it's a subscription at some website or whatever for your business, it is imperative you invest properly. Now, coaching for me happened to have been the best investment I think I've made outside of conning my wife into marrying me. Besides those. That's it. Sorry, I keep playing with my hair. I'm trying to grow it out. Pain in the butt. But the quality that I've gotten during my time as a coaching student of valuable information. I mean, we're talking I 10x this entire thing, I've grown in the last eight months, whatever it's been. I mean we're talking actual 10x and I'm thankful. And it's something where I can reach out at any time to this community and they're just there, man. And it's something so rare to find in business. Your competitors are your friends and there's so much land in the world, you are entering a network of people who actually care about you when you sign up for coaching. And, and honestly, they care about. The Land Geek enterprise is built off a foundation of caring. And that's something that I personally am so grateful for because I wouldn't have done it. I mean, I just. As a human being, I can't flourish in an environment that doesn't speak with its soul. And Mark and Tate and Scott and Mike and Mimi, all of them at Land Geek, they care, man. And it's amazing. So my testimonial is if you're gonna do it, do it. And don't try to. Don't paralyze yourself with this over analytical thinking. Of course, do your own due diligence. But I can, with all the certainty in my body based on what I've seen and what I saw and the amount of time it took for me to decide if that's the route I was going to go, it was crazy. And I can say that it's the real deal. It is and if you work your butt off, you listen to this team, you're in good hands and you will succeed. So anyway, this was a very long way of saying making the decision to enter the Land Geek Communities coaching program was single handedly the best life changing decision I've ever made. So anyway, thank you guys, have a great day. Hope to see you all at some point, maybe boot camp.
