Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the Land Geek and I want to share with you one of my favorite tips and tricks for creating amazing deal flow right into my email inbox. So the first thing you're going to do is you're going to go to ifttt.com and that stands for if this, then that. So you can see there's all these what they call recipes to create. If this happens, then that happens. But for our purposes for real estate and for finding deals, we're going to go down and this is in the sort by popular and we're going to search for Craigslist search. So we're going to click on Craigslist search and what we're going to do is a new post from search and if this, then that. So all we're going to do is we're going to search and we click right here. Search for something on Craigslist. And what we'll do is for our purposes, let's look in real estate for sale. We'll click here and let's say we're looking for five acres vacant land, okay. In real estate for sale. And we're going to hit list view and that's going to create a little link. When we do that. Sorry, we're going to hit search, not list view, we're going to hit search and that's going to create this link which we're just going to copy. And for the Mac it's Command C. For the PC it's just Control C. And we're going to copy that. We're going to go back to our search and we're going to hit either Control A or Command A and then Command V or Control V. Copy and paste. We're going to paste that in and then we're going to have our subject going to be not training wheels but five acres. I can't spell five acres vacant land. And that will immediately create a recipe. We're going to click use recipe. And when that happens, if somebody has a five acre piece of property in this area, then we're automatically going to get an email. Well, the great thing about this is that I have a va. Her job is to literally go to all the counties where I like to buy property and create if this then that searches, then scrub for me. That goes to my email but then she accesses it and then sends to me at my business email the one that I want to look at the deals that we can go ahead and make offers on. So I hope you like that.
