Go to Amazon, go to Audible. It's like a. Not a bestseller, by the way, or listen on Audible. And he talks about his journey from 2001, when he found this business, to pretty much present. First started.

I found Mark on a podcast. My wife is looking at me like, oh, Jesus, what's about to happen here?

Oh, God, she's looked good in her sweatsuit. Oh, by the way.

I know, right? So when I first heard. I heard Mark on a separate podcast. Not. Not Mark's podcast, right? So I heard him. And I said, hey, that sounds pretty good. And I said, I'll listen to your podcast. And then I literally. I heard Zaino on Mark's podcast, right. And with Mark, and I said, okay, this is pretty interesting. And then I ended up reaching out to Bosman. And I had a call with Bosman. No joke. I had a call with Bozman. The same way most of you have. And if you haven't yet, you should. I had a call with Bosman. He says, you gotta jump. You gotta jump. I said, what the hell are you talking about? I don't even know who you are. I don't have to jump. I'm a fat guy. I'm not going to go jump. I'm going to hurt myself. He said, I want you to go watch Steve Harvey's jump video.

And I said, okay, I don't know what that is, but that sounds good. I went and watched it. I said, you're damn right I got a jump.

Yeah.

It's the reason I own the house I have. It's the reason I have a future as opposed to a 9 to 5 job. It's because you told me, you gotta jump. You gotta go freakin watch that video. I mean, I don't want to say. I know you're about to talk. I'm gonna talk over you. I don't want to say you changed my life. No, you changed my life by watching that video.

No, I love it. I love it. It's true.

You know what? I'm not paid to be here. No, I'm here because you changed my life. And I'm hoping somebody out there listens to this and says, huh, maybe I hate my job. It's a 9 to 5, I'm sick of it. I know. There's something else. I don't know what it is. Willing to try and. You told me to jump. And you know what I did? I jumped like an idiot. It was the smartest thing I ever did.

I did do a cannonball with my wife, who was, by the way, 1000% not on board. And I did it anyways, and I got her on board. I knew once she met you guys that she would get on board. Not because of the program or like, how much money, none of that, none of that crap, but because you're real and you're authentic and that was gonna work. And so we got to Vegas and I made sure we went to breakfast really early. Like when they opened and we saw Mark pacing like a crazy person doing his walk. Literally, like a crazy. And I'm like, oh, my God, it's Mark Podolsky. Oh, my God. That's the guy I've been listening to. And she's like, yeah, whatever. Cause she has that deep baritone voice. Yeah, whatever. I'm like, no, that's the guy. And I introduced myself. I said, this is who I am.

And you have a sweet voice.

And apparently you're a baritone, so get excited.

All right?

And the rest is history. Because I executed, jumped and executed jumped. You gotta do that. Gotta do that.

You. You jumped into a model where there was a lot of proof of concept, right?

It work.

You knew it worked. You. You saw. I mean, we had. We had had multiple conversations.

Yeah, we did.

You. You. I mean, I think you could tell that I was an authentic person. I'm not gonna lead you astray, right? Yeah, you have. You have conversations with Mark Podolski. He's an authentic person. He's not gonna leave you astray. All you have to do, really, is you got to follow the recipe. You just have to. You just have to do what we teach you to do. And that. That will result in land deals. It will result in you being able to purchase land for $0.25 on the dollar, for being able to sell land at retail, creating terms deals. And you get to meet a lot of people in your life that change your life. It's really true. Yeah. And that's what you get at boot camp. That's what you get during flight school.

Why? I've been to eight boot camps.

Yeah, exactly.

I didn't go to eight boot camps because I was bored.

Right.

I went there to network with people who were like minded.

And listen, you hang out with me and Zano, but who do you also hang out with? You hang out with Jen and Tyler Kelly. And you hang out with John and Valerie Burnett.

And all of those. I mean, total ass clowns.

Both of those families.

But the six of those people you guys hang out.

Is that wrong? You're.

You're really good friends. You're really good friends. You're really good friends.

Yeah, but all those.

You don't know, they're very high level executors.

They're high level executors. It's really awesome.

Their jobs.

Yeah. Yeah.

All of them quit their jobs.

Yeah. Except for you.

Except for me. I mean, because you're. I mean, I am the number one.

Sales guy, so he's the Number one sales guy for gonna connect himself.

Listen. Yes. My best friends, literally, my best friends at this point are all land people.

Yeah. We surround yourself by successful people. What happens?

100%. Yeah. You become successful. My real friends, like my regular friends. You think they want to hear about my land deals?

Yeah.

Bought for 14, sold for 45. Never think so. They don't want to hear that crap anymore. They're out. I've been doing this for three years. I don't even bring it up anymore. Yeah. I can't talk about with them. I can talk about it with you.

That's where the community comes in.

I know.

I can talk about. I could call Mark Livingston. I call Mark Livingston on his cell phone tomorrow and have that conversation and feel great about it. That's what's so cool. I call Jeff Detmer. I call Burnett. I could call Tyler. I could call Jen. I could call a dozen people and ask for help.
