He stresses small, repeatable actions (e.g., sending 100 offers per week) that generate ‘small wins’ and compound across stages of the business—lead generation, due diligence, marketing, and sales—and promotes his website resources.

Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the land Geek with thelanggeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So I want to talk about habits and why they're so important. So a good productive habit, or what I call a keystone habit, is one that helps you get small wins in your business. So I'll give you an example. Right? I make it a habit to send out a hundred offers week, and that habit then reinforces my deal flow. So every week I go to the mailbox and I get an accepted deal. And it keeps me motivated to continue doing what I'm doing, which is the next phase of the business, which might be due diligence, marketing and then selling. And then there's habits within that as well. So sending out my marketing letters or contacting the neighbors to sell the property, these are small wins on each phase of the business. And these little small habits continue to reinforce themselves and keep me motivated. So very, very important, especially when you first start out because it's so easy to get overwhelmed. So if you just stick with this small, one small keystone habit, it will help build and have this sort of exponential effect in helping grow your business.
