Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the lane Geek with thelanegeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So I just finished reading a book, the Trust Edge, and really interesting because it turns out trust is really important in business and there's a few guiding principles that are going to give you an edge. So I'm going to look at my notes and give you the guiding principles. We're going to talk about one of them at this coffee talk. So the principles are, and they're called the eight pillars of trust. Clarity, compassion, character, competency, commitment, connection, contribution and consistency. They're all important. What's the most important on that list? Consistency. If you say you're going to do something, then you go ahead and do it. And I can't tell you how many times I've dealt in business where someone has this great reputation. They say they're going to call me back and then they don't. It immediately kind of puts me off. So you've really got to have this just rock solid principle of being consistent when you're growing your business. If you say you're going to do something, do it right. So in my investors toolkit, I tell people, if you email the Land Geek team a question, we'll get back to you within five days. Five days, right. Because there's only so many people, my Land Geek team and there's hundreds of coaching students. So I'm being consistent, I'm being realistic. I'm not saying we'll get back to you within 24 hours. It's just not realistic. There's just too many people. But within five days we can do it. So we're staying consistent and that way no one's expectations are sort of destroyed. Right? So very important in business is consistency and having that trust edge.
