Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the lane Geek from thelangeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. Still sticking with that bulletproof coffee. So let's talk about you and how it relates to you and your customers. Right? Because when I'm doing anything in my business, I'm not thinking about me. I'm always thinking about what's in it for my customer. And when I'm reading something for me as a consumer, I'm always thinking, okay, what's in it for me? I really don't care how long a company has been in business. I don't. I don't care that they've been around since 1958. That's great for them. What's in it for me? Why am I even interested in what your service is or your product? So when you start acquiring land and when you start selling that land, every single part of your promotion, every single part of your sales copy needs to start or actually end with a sentence. What's in it for my customer? And if you can't answer that question at the end of each line, then you need to edit that line. Because really, the greatest commodity now for all our customers is getting their attention. If we can't get their attention, we've already lost. So you're not the customer. Don't think about it. And don't have that lens. Like, would I buy this or is this something that I would like? No. Think about your customer. Get inside their heads, do market research. And I guarantee you're going to be a lot farther ahead than your competition if you think in those terms.
