When Can I Start

Hey, it's Mark Podolski, the land Geek with thelandgeek.com let's have another virtual cup of coffee together. So what's the difference between somebody that procrastinates and somebody that produces and gets results? It's really simple. The person that procrastinates has this inner sort of dialogue that says, I should do this or I have to do this, I must do this. And. And really what they're implicitly saying is, I don't want to do it, I don't want to do that work. It's hard, it's uncomfortable, I should be doing something else or whatever that I should or I must, I have to. These are all really negative things to say to yourself because they implicitly say, I don't want to. If we reframe it and say, when can I start this? When can I start my marketing? When can I start sending out 100 deals? When can I start trying out that new marketing technique, for example? That's a whole different thing. And now mentally, everyone's aligned and we're not saying to ourselves, I don't want to do this. It's saying, when can I start? I want to do it and I'm just going to do it. Just like the Nike commercial, just do it. You can't just do something if you're having that. I have to do this, I should do it, I must reframe it. When can I start? And then just do it. It's going to make your life so much easier and that feeling of anxiety is going to go away and it's going to be replaced with a wonderful feeling of confidence.
