Artificial Intelligence will make decisions for leaders

Thomas Anglero describes AI that builds personality profiles of board members to predict group behavior with high certainty. He argues for combining AI predictions with human judgment and pairing millennials with senior managers. Human and cultural factors, not code, remain the main constraint.

The software today is able to look at every individual on the board of directors and build a personality profile of that individual based on everything that individual has said, written, done, what school they went to, their entire life. The software will say, "I know this person." Then it's able to take into account every personality of every person in the leader group of that company. Now you're able to say, if this event happens in the market, these people as a group with 98.42% certainty, we know will react this way. Today the software is able to take into account an entire company, the entire leader group, and look at it and know before that leader group knows what it's gonna do. For example, like I said on stage, Facebook announced that they know what, with 80% certainty, what you're going to do tomorrow, who you're gonna do it with, and where you're gonna be before you do. Do you know where you're going to be tomorrow at 3 o'clock in the afternoon? Probably have an idea. It knows not only where but who and why and all that, and it'll show you predict pictures of probably what it's going to look like. I mean, the software is that advanced. So the software will do that for companies, that software will do that for board of directors and things like that, and then combined with you and your knowledge together, you'll be able to make a decision based on your own gut feeling and your knowledge. That combination is powerful. That's where Every financial person should have the software together with their knowledge. You're ahead of the market. You must find the combination of a millennial with the senior manager, putting them together. And when you get that, it's amazing. You are living the future while the rest of us are struggling. So people are saying, oh, they don't want to work with each other. I don't care. It's always difficult. Cultural change is difficult. You get in an argument with, I don't know if you're married or your boyfriend, whatever, that thing is difficult. All those difficult things are worth it, aren't they not? Is that millennial and that senior manager, they don't wanna get along. Get it to work. And there you have the future. You're living the future now. You gotta take the two cultures and put 'em together and work through it so you exist in, this is reality, but you didn't see it before. We're the limiting factor, not the code. Human beings, the soft stuff, is the limiting factor. Always has been, always will be.
