What are the keys to being a great presenter? Number 1 is not getting nervous. Now, how do you not get nervous? Don't think about yourself. It's not about putting your hands in your pockets. It's not about techniques. It's literally about what you got inside your head. We think too much about ourselves. We think about what are people thinking about me. We think about do I look like an idiot? Do I look nice? None of that matters. The number one thing that matters is who you're talking to and whether or not they believe you. And if you're really good, whether or not they feel you. Stop thinking about yourself. Eliminate yourself. Be obsessed, obsessed, obsessed with the person you're talking to, the group you're talking to, or the conference audience you're talking to. If you obsess with them, you'll never be nervous because you don't exist. Try that out. Let me know.
