You are you. You are truly unique. But my question I have for all of you: Do you know who you are? Do you? Because this wonderful thing is getting exposed, and this is the opportunity of a lifetime to embrace it. Here we go. Tell me if this sounds familiar for most of you. When you're home, most of you, "You know what? When I'm home, this is me when I'm home. This is me. I'm the true me. Mm-hmm. That's me. That's when I'm at home. But when I go to work, I'm someone else." Sound familiar? Right? Everybody— and people, I'm very proud of that. Yep, I'm really me at home, but when I go to work, I'm somebody else. Mm-hmm. And then when you go to work, you wonder, hmm, how come nobody sees me? How come nobody appreciates me? How come nobody understands me? How come my boss thinks I'm incompetent? It's your fault. You decided to bring this one to work. This is the only person we get to see. This one here. Is that you? No. The real you is over here. But no, you bring this. This is who we judge. And you're wondering why. Why am I not loved? Why am I not appreciated? This is who we get to see. The one that you said is not you.
