How do I go back to that calm place? I had a dream last night and I think that dream helped me, and I'm going to share that with you. And it's a short little dream, and the dream was very simple. It said, Thomas, if you were born again right now— I love that the dream actually told me, if you were born right now, it wasn't like I would— if I was born as a baby. He said, if I was born right now as the person I am, as the adult I am, or as the person you are right now, if you were born right now into the life, into the body that you have right now, but with no background, no history of bad memories, history of bad people, history of bad parents, history of bad economy, you're born right now How would you be? Not who would you be, how would you be? And I was like, I would be happy. I would have no negative reference points. I would only have optimism and look forward to everything's about to happen to me. I would be in the now and going, God, like 'Get me out of this place. Let me just go outside and run around and meet people and see people and smell things and taste things and just be in the moment.' And then my dream interrupted me and then said, 'Why aren't you doing that?' Yeah, and then my dream woke me up.
