Thomas Anglero argues that technology alone won't fix social problems. He uses tensions between Finns and Norwegians to show how cultural clashes and human factors matter more than we assume.

You know, it's the elephant in the room because we're making an assumption that the tech will conquer all and will fix everything. And that's wrong. I mean, how much experience we have in this battle, right? Do Finns and Norwegians get along? Right. Norwegians make fun of Finns, Finns make fun of Norwegian culture. The clashes. We're making an assumption that tech will just roll it out and it will work and it won't.
