You just need to stop trusting those traditional partners who know the past. They know how to run the past plays. They know how the sport has been. They have no idea about this. The one thing you trust is you can trust you. You can trust that you will get through this with the right partners, the right people. And a belief in yourself. It's not you. Is that you're overwhelmed? You need a new framing of this. Your traditional partners, they just want to sell you time, material, hours, and services. How many of them want to talk about you, what you need? Not with the company, this— your group, your region, your sector, whatever. What do you need? When you find someone who could talk to you that way, who sees you, who could help you, then you'll become the ultimate leader that you're meant to be, and you will prosper into the future.
