26 SONGS FOR CHARITY

In this 2‑hour live YouTube stream, teenage prosthetic‑hand activist Tilly Lockey attempts a 26‑song karaoke challenge to raise money for Meningitis Now, the charity that supports meningitis survivors and funds vaccine research. The stream is a lively mix of cover performances (pop, Disney, opera, and original improvisations), spontaneous banter, and family participation – her mum, dad, and sister Luciana appear on‑camera, offering encouragement, song suggestions, and comedic interludes. Tilly repeatedly explains her personal connection to meningitis (she contracted it as an infant, resulting in limb loss and the need for bionic prostheses) and uses this narrative to motivate viewers to donate via JustGiving. Throughout the broadcast, the family tracks fundraising progress, announces milestones (£58, £80, £442, finally £520), and urges the audience to contribute (£1‑£2 per viewer, larger donations). Technical hiccups (microphone issues, device charging, YouTube navigation) are handled in real time, adding a casual, unscripted feel. The livestream culminates with a final song, a heartfelt thank‑you, and a promise to continue advocacy, while the chat floods with gratitude and donor shout‑outs.
Chapters
Hi everyone, let me know if you can hear me because this is my first livestream and I'm not really sure how it works. You see me? Hi.
Okay.
So sorry if you follow me on Instagram and you have to hear this again, but basically what I'm doing, if you don't really know what's happening right now, is I'm taking part in the 2.6 Challenge, which is basically being put in place because due to the coronavirus, which I think we've all, um, heard about, you all know what that is, yeah, and that has forced the London Marathon, which was a huge event that helps so many charities, it's forced it to to be postponed until the 4th of October. So quite a long time away. Actually, it's my sister's— it's my dog in the background— my sister's birthday. Thank you, thank you. Um, I— yeah, it's been postponed till then, but it was a huge event that helped so many, so many charities, and it's just really, really important that we save the charities. Obviously everyone's struggling in these times. I think everyone's at home Loads of people have been furloughed and loads of people are taking unpaid work off, so, you know, it's quite a big deal. And I just wanted to get involved with this personally because Meningitis Now is a charity that is really close to my heart. I had meningitis when I was a baby and now I have no hands because of that. And if there's any one charity that I really, really want to fundraise for and just show Show my support for in this time, it is meningitis now. And basically the 2.6 Challenge, my first question was why is it called the 2.6 Challenge? And it is actually because in the London Marathon they run 26 miles, so it has to be a challenge if you wanted to get involved, here are the rules, it has to be a challenge for you, something that you can do that like features or involves the numbers 2.6 or 26, it's up to do. So the examples are you can go on a 2.6-mile walk, run, anything like that. You can hold a plank for 26 seconds, anything you like really. Um, so I decided I'm not the best at sports, everything was kind of sport related, um, so I thought, what am I good at, or relatively good at? And I thought, well, I can sing a couple of tunes. So that's what we're doing here today. I'm going to be singing some songs and Don't be expecting like some crazy good concert because like I'm 14 years old, I'm just playing around playing with karaoke because that's what I like to do and it's just fun for me. What I've been doing a lot during quarantine and lockdown because why not? So that's what we're doing today. I have— it was quite a challenge picking, um, all these songs. Um, I was like, do I even know 26 songs? Do I even know the words to 26 songs? But I ended up having like 34. So I've got a choice, but if anybody has some song recommendations in the thing, like, that you think of while I'm doing things, then just leave them down below. And yeah, I think to get started, I'm gonna sing Little Me by Little Mix.
You can see it there if you catch her eye. Know she's brave, but it's trapped inside. Scared to talk, but you don't know why. Yeah, I wish I knew back then what I know now. Wish I could somehow go back in time or maybe listen to my own advice. Tell her to speak up, tell her to shout out, talk a bit louder, be a bit prouder, tell her she's beautiful, wonderful, anything she doesn't see. You gotta speak up, you gotta shout out, and know that right here, right now, you can be beautiful, wonderful, anything you wanna be. Little me. What I know now. Wish I could somehow go back in time, maybe listen to my own advice. Tell her to speak up, tell her to shout out, talk a bit louder, be a bit prouder. Tell her she's beautiful, wonderful, everything she doesn't see. You gotta speak up, you gotta shout out, and know that right here right now. You can be beautiful, wonderful, anything you want to be. Little me. Little me. Tell you one thing I would say, speak up, tell her to shout out, talk a bit louder, be a bit prouder, tell her she's beautiful, wonderful, everything she doesn't see. You gotta speak up, you gotta shout out, and know that right here, right now, you can be beautiful, wonderful, anything you want to be. Tell her to speak up, tell her to shout out, talk a bit louder, be a bit prouder, tell her she's beautiful, wonderful, everything she doesn't see. You gotta speak up and you gotta shout out and know that right here, right now, you can be beautiful, wonderful, anything you want to be. Little me.
I think that's finished.
There you go, that's the first song complete.
Yeah, it's my dad in the background, sorry if you can hear him. He's very hyped for tonight for some reason. But that was the first song. I'm gonna give a little description on that one.
First of all—
dog, do you want to stop? Thank you. Um, first of all, that was a song that was literally my favorite song for such a long time. I really, really love the lyrics, and I think everybody can like take something from those lyrics. I definitely can. There's definitely things I would have improved if I went back in time. So yeah, I hope you like that. Also, my microphone— we're not that professional. So this is a SingStar microphone, um, it's like, um, like a karaoke thing on the TV, and we just put some sellotape over the of it so it's not like bougie, just DIY. Buddy, that's my dog's name, he's eating a plug. So next I think I'm gonna do Adele, Make You Feel My Love. So I'll get that on next. Let me know if anybody else wants to take part in this challenge and give us ideas of what you're gonna do, because I definitely, definitely, definitely think you should. I really encourage getting in part— getting in part? Joining in or taking part? That was a mixture. Make You Feel My Love by Adele.
No colours, no artificial sweetness.
No preservatives?
I'm happy without any.
When the rain is blowing in your face and the whole world is on your case.
I could offer you a warm embrace to make you feel my love.
When the evening shadows and the stars appear and there is no one there to dry your tears, I could hold you for a million years to make you feel my love.
I know you haven't made your mind up yet, but I will never do you wrong.
I've known it from the moment that we met.
No doubt in my mind where you belong.
I go hungry, I go black and blue, and I go crawling down the avenue.
Though there's nothing that I wouldn't do to make you feel my love. Instrumental. Does he dance? You ain't seen nothing like me yet. I can make you happy, make your dreams come true.
Nothing that I wouldn't do. Go to the ends of the earth for you.
To make you feel my love, to make you feel my love. Karaoke classic right there. Me and my mom always do that one. And Someone Like You, also by Adele. If you haven't heard it, I'm not singing that today. Yeah, you're not hearing Someone Like You. It's right here today because it goes pretty high, and I know for a fact my mom will join in in the other room screeching. So let's not do that today. Next up, I'm going to do Um, You Are the Reason by Callum Scott, I think.
The Grave Zone.
You are the pretty one.
Really want to learn this on piano. There goes my heart beating, 'cause you are the reason I'm losing my sleep. Please come back now. Pretty dope. There goes my mind racing, 'cause you are the reason that I'm never even— I'm hopeless now.
I climb every mountain and swim every ocean just to be with you and fix what I've broken.
Oh, cuz I I need you to see that you are the reason. There goes my hand shaking. You are the reason my heart keeps bleeding. I need you now.
If I could turn back the clock and make sure the light defeated the dark, spend every hour of every day keeping you safe, I'd climb every mountain And swim every ocean just to be with you and fix what I've broken.
Oh, 'cause I need you to see that you are the reason However it goes. Swim every ocean just to be with you and fix what I've broken, 'cause I need you to see that you are the reason Love that song. And Callum. Okay, next up, what is this, the fourth one? You have to keep me right because I'll forget what we're up to. Remember also that I am doing this for charity. I'm not doing this just to show off or anything. I'm doing this for charity for meningitis now, and I've got my JustGiving page in the description of this video if you want to have— well, of this livestream— if you want to have a look. And we would definitely really, really appreciate it. It would mean the world to me if anybody could donate It goes to— I promise you it'll go to like an amazing cause, anything that you donate. So definitely make sure to do that.
What was I gonna do again, Mom?
What was I gonna do in the next song? Oh, read all about it, right? My parents are in the opposite room, like, watching the livestream because I kicked them out.
Yeah, thanks for Danny.
We're on £96 now.
This song is really, really pretty. Please pay attention to the lyrics. If you can see them. I don't know if you can see them all the way over there, but they're really, really beautiful lyrics, and it's just a lovely song. Right, thanks for that though.
£96.
I learned this on piano too. A wish?
If no one ever hears it, how we gonna learn a song? So come on, come on, come on, come on. You've got a heart as loud as lions, so why let your voice be tame? Baby, we're a little different, there's no need to be ashamed. You've got the light to fight the shadows, so stop hiding it away. Come on, come on. I wanna sing, I wanna shout, I wanna scream till words dry out. So put it in all of the papers, I'm not afraid. They can read all about it, read all about it. Oh, oh, oh. oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. At night waking up the neighbors While we sing away the blues? Making sure that we're remembering, yeah. Cause we, 'Cause we all matter too. If the truth has been forbidden, then we're breaking all the rules. So come on, come on, come on, come on, let's get the TV and the radio to play our tune again. It's about time we got some airplay of our version of the lyrics.
There's no need to be afraid, I will sing with your mouth.
Come on, come on. I wanna sing, I wanna shout, I wanna scream till the words dry out. So put it in all of the papers, I'm not afraid. They can read all about it, read all about it.
Oh.
oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
Yeah, we're a wonderful, wonderful people. So when did we all get so So fearful. Now we're finally finding our voices. So take a chance, come help me sing this.
We're all wonderful, wonderful people.
So when did we all get so fearful? And now we're finally finding our voices.
Just take a chance, come help me sing this. I wanna sing, I wanna shout, I wanna scream till the words play out. So put it in all of the papers, I'm not afraid. They can read all about it, read all about it, oh. oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh, oh, oh?
I wanna sing, I wanna shout, I wanna scream to our.
So put it in all of the papers, I'm not afraid. They can read all about it, read all about it.
Oh, definitely recommend that song. Thank you so much everybody who's donated, by the way. It means the world to me. You are— wish this TV wasn't on autoplay, probably something I could have handled, but here we are. Thank you so much for all the donations. It means the world to me. You're helping so many people. Like, if you knew how many people that you were helping right now, Like, oh, it's just amazing. Thank you so much for all the support. It's amazing. Um, is that the fifth song? Yeah, fifth song, I think so. I'm going to do something a bit more upbeat next, so I'm gonna do another one by Little Mix because they're amazing, all of them. So I'm gonna be doing Move by Little Mix, one of the older ones, but the older ones are great. This just reminds me when I was little, I don't know if anybody else had MovieStar, VideoStar, Maybe store? Video store when they were little where you could basically just make random videos to a song. Make random videos to a song and we didn't want to move and it was just the best video store. Um, move karaoke. As you can see, I'm not very good at multitasking. I can't talk and type at the same time, it seems. Wow, whoever donated that was— thank you so much!
That's the running total now.
That's the running total. I'll show you all. Here's the running total.
Hi Hannah!
That's my friend, guys. Everyone say hi Hannah. This is the total. Thank you so much! So many people's lives you're helping with that, and I've just got chalk all over myself. But thank you. I hope you can see this in view. That's what this is, by the way, guys. Um, move, my little legs. Where's my remote gone?
There it is.
There's just one problem, I'm a bit old school. When it comes to loving, I ain't chasing you.
Ain't waiting, I'm on a roll. You've got to let yourself go. Oh, you know that I've been waiting for you. Don't leave me sitting all by myself. Cause I ain't looking at no one else. Hey, get your back off the wall.
Don't you get comfortable. Looking so hot, I think that I might fall. Feeling like it's my birthday, like Christmas Day came early. Just what I want. So when we move, you move. Oh, don't you get vault, that's what I meant. Feeling so good, I rang that ax, my fault. Feeling like it's my birthday, like Christmas Day came early. Just what I want, so when we move, you move.
Why you afraid? Don't be a big baby. Quit playing games, put your arms around me. You know what to do, and we can take it down low. You know that I've been waiting for you. Don't leave me sitting all by myself, 'cause I ain't looking at no one else.
Get your back off the wall. Don't you get comfortable looking so hard at me that I might fall, feeling like it's my birth. Stay like Christmas, they came early, just what I want. So when we move, you move. Get your back off the wall, don't you get comfortable. Looking so hot, I think that I lost my soul. Feeling like it's my birthday, like Christmas, they came early, just what I want. So when we move, you stay cool in the corner 'cause it feels that you wanna move. My biggest flex.
So move.
I know that you wanna but you can't, but you gotta stay cool in the corner when the truth is that you wanna move. So move.
Move it, baby, oh. You know that I've been waiting for you. Don't leave me sitting all by myself. 'Cause I ain't looking at no one else, looking at no one else, looking at no one else.
Someone else.
Hey, hey, hey, I'm ready. Hey boy, come and get me, don't be scared, show me what you do. Don't you know a girl like a boy who moves? Hey, hey, I'm ready. Hey boy, come and get me, don't be scared, show me what you do. Don't you know a girl like a boy who moves?
Get your back off the wall, don't you get comfortable. Looking so hot, I think that I might fall. Feeling like it's my birthday, like Christmas Day came early. Just what I want, so when we move, you move.
But come and get me, don't be scared. Show me what you do. Don't you know a girl like a boy who moves?
Who liked the rap in the middle though? Let's be honest, the best part of the whole song. Right, 6 songs, 20 more to go, 20 more to go. Nearly a quarter of the way through.
Mama told me not to waste my life, she said break your wings, my little butterfly.
Maybe I should have chose that song. Thank you. Right, what's next? I'm feeling hyped now, guys.
I'm in it.
Um, well, since I seem to be on the rap at the moment— I mean, it's not, I mean, it's not really particularly hard rap, but you know, just let me have my time to shine. Just let me appreciate my easy rap that I was able to do, but I'm gonna sing See You Again. Don't forget, you can donate using the link in the description. Greatly appreciated. Hello from France. Hello. Um, please donate, it would mean the world to me. Well, to everybody. Just think of it as like, I mean, it might not be the best entertainment, not gonna lie, but think of it as like you're going out to do some karaoke with your mates and then you're gonna order like, I don't know, if you're not underage, like a bottle of beer, or if you're underage, um, Coke or something like that, Coca-Cola. Um, so just think of it like that. Don't lie to me and say that you wouldn't spend like £2 on a bottle of beer because I know most of yous would. Right, this is cute on piano too. It's been a long day without you, my friend, and I'll tell you all about it when I see you again.
We've come a long way from where we began. Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again. See you again.
Damn, who knew all the planes we flew, the things we've been through, that I'd be standing right here talking to you about another path. I know we love to hit the road and laugh, but something told me that it wouldn't last. Had to switch up, look at things different, see the bigger picture. Those were the days, hard work forever pays. And now I see you in a better place. Aww, how could we not think about family when family's all that we got? Everything I went through, you were standing there by my side. Now you're gonna be with me for the last ride.
A long day without you, my friend. And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again. We've come a long way from where we began. Oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again. When I see you again.
Oh, oh.
First you both go out your way and the vibe is feeling strong and the what's-molten to a friendship, a friendship to a bond, and what bond will never be broken, the love will never get lost. And when brotherhood comes first, then the line will never be crossed, established at honour roll when that line has to be drawn, and the line that is what we need to remember me when I'm gone.
How could we not think of our family when family's all that we got?
Everything I went through, you were standing there by my side.
And now you're gonna be with me by the left side. Let the light guide your way.
Yeah.
Hold it in memory as you go. And every road you take Will always lead you home.
Home.
A long day without you, my friend, and I'll tell you all about it when I see you again.
We've come a long way from where we began. I ain't got nothing on Charlie Puth and his high notes, like, not gonna lie, but we gave it a shot. That's the closest we're going to get.
I only put that in for the wrap, to be completely honest, but there you go. The wrap was good though, wasn't it? Yes, I should just take up a wrap. Not going to lie. I just tried to turn my laptop on using a remote control for the TV. Let's not talk about that. Um, next I'm going to do— let's try. That was 6, yeah?
Was it—
was that number 6? I don't know who was taking a count. Okay, Marie has just put £20 in for 172. Okay, right. £152 total of Vladdy Alita fan. Me too. Great charity, great singing. Tilly Lockey, cyborg pop star. Thank you very much, Suzanne. Thank you, Suzanne.
You are—
can't read my mom's writing. Amazing. You are amazing. Thank you, Suzanne. Vic Maria says, well done, Tilly. Thank you, Maria. Vic, you will smash it. Thanks, Vic. And Izzy, well done. Thank you, Izzy. Izzy's my cousin and she's probably really happy that her name was mentioned in this video.
Yeah, 192.
192. Yeah, champion! 192 pounds, 4 Shall I just stand here updating? Yeah, you want— Men in Dryers now is a charity. Thank you so much. Remember that it's still there. You haven't donated yet, what are you doing? Go down. I feel like I'm like a karaoke dude.
38.4% towards our target of 500.
Is that my maths? Yeah, very good. My dad's a maths teacher, so yeah, flexing on his maths skills.
Let's get to 500.
That's the goal. Okay, might be quite a big one, but we can do it. My tea is cold. Dad made us a tea. Right, back to it. What was I going to do again? My memory actually sucks. Right. Yeah, Most Girls. We're going to do Most Girls by Hailee Steinfeld. I'm not really sure how to pronounce it, but she's really amazing too. Most Girls, Carrie Okie. Most satisfying video. As much as I wish we could watch that instead. Unfortunately, it's not part of the challenge, so most girls Some girls feel best in their tiny dresses. Some girls, nothing but swim pants, looking like a princess. Some girls kiss new lips every single night. They stay in all day 'cause they're just celebrating life.
I know some days you feel so good in your own skin, but it's okay if you wanna change the body that you came in. 'Cause you're the greatest when you feel like a damn queen.
All just playing a game in a way, trying to win at life.
Most girls are smart and strong and beautiful.
Most girls Song girls feel best in the tiny dresses Song girls nothing but swim pens Looking like a princess Some girls kiss new lips every single night they stay in our lake cause they're just celebrating life thinking I want to be like, I want to be like, I want to be like some girls like to keep their physique real private. Some girls wear jeans so tight cuz it feels so right.
Some girls every day searching, keep the pace turning, sleep in a lake cuz they're just celebrating life. You know, some days you feel so Good in your own skin, but it's okay if you want to change the body that you came in. 'Cause you look greatest when you feel like a damn queen.
Oh, just playing the game and I'm just gonna win at life.
Most girls are smart and strong and beautiful. Most girls work hard, go far, we are unstoppable. Most girls apply to Make Every Day. No two are the same.
I wanna be like, I wanna be like most girls. I wanna be like, I wanna be like most girls. I wanna be like, I wanna be like most girls. I wanna be like, I wanna be like I wanna be like, I wanna be like most girls.
Yeah, most girls wanna be, wanna be, wanna be most girls. I'll fight to make every day, no two are the same.
I wanna be like, I wanna be like most girls. I wanna be like, I wanna be I don't think I'll pay any attention to what's actually going on the screen. I kind of just improvise. Better stop that before my hand comes flying off at you. Um, what's next?
Hi, Jackie!
Welcome to the video! Oh, £20 off Jackie! Thank you, Jackie Wallace! £20. Proud of you, Tilly, you're amazing! Thank you so much, Jackie.
What About Us?
I feel like the TV can pick better songs something at this point. Tilly's camera shy, she didn't want to come say hi. Where's Mom and Dad gone? Thank you to everybody who's donated so far. I'm running out of words to use to express gratitude.
Oh my God.
Um, Auntie Vicky's just put on £100. Oh, Vicky and Adam.
Shout out Auntie Vicky and Uncle Adam. And Uncle Adam, of course. Noah, he's not really called Adam, he's called Noah.
Well, he's wrote his donation as Noah. Whoa, do you want to put that down as 292 now?
292. And Donix wants a shout out. Well, you have to pay for a shout out. Good idea.
292.
You have to donate for a shout out. Um, what shall I do? I feel like we should mix it up a little bit and go on piano. That's just me chucking the remote around. Hi, Tia!
Do you want in the video?
She's not— well, you're gonna get in the video because I'm going up here. Do you want in? Hi! This is Tia, everybody. She's a sister of mine. I have 4— no, I don't have 4 sisters. I have 3 sisters.
Hello!
We're gonna switch it up. We're gonna play piano. And well, I'm gonna do it as much. Shoutouts equals donate. Yeah, you got that one, mate. Yeah, bestie. I'm joking, guys. If you think I'm like— Hi, Mum, I can see you in there.
I know, I was gonna say, do you want me to record you playing the piano?
No, you don't have to. Okay, kind of. You want— Do you want to? Okay. Right, I'm gonna do Always Remember Us This Way on piano now. How do we like the new haircut, guys? We're not a haircut, I just killed it. Looks a lot shorter now. And there's Mickey Mouse on my t-shirt. Disney stan! No, not a copyright strike. Right, get Sarah to hold the phone, ma'am. There's a cat in our garden! Mum, Brandon wants you to hold the phone.
Okay.
Yeah, you just flip it like that.
Yeah, your sister just donated £200.
Okay. Hi guys, so this is my piano. I use this thing if you didn't know. You should know because it's on my YouTube video and you should be watching all my YouTube videos and Instagram videos, but whatever, we'll leave it at that. I'm gonna sing Always Remember This Way by Lady Gaga while playing on piano.
My G chord—
are you going to show everyone?—
gets stuck like that, so that's what happens. So let's just ignore that.
Ready?
One day. So when I'm all choked up but I can't find the words, every time we say goodbye, they be hitting us. When the sun goes down and the wind Very good, very good.
Well done, Tilly.
Well done. We're all very proud.
You taking this?
Yes, you can have it back.
Thank you for my tea. Typical British family.
She lost a bit of audio there, but it might just be because you were covering it.
Yeah, I know, I thought I'd move my fingers. And somebody said that it might have been because your volume was down, so I've turned it right up to max.
Yes, I heard them.
Well, first livestream shenanigans, what can I say? I feel like it's gone alright for the first time. We've got 90 likes, woo! Thank you.
Thank you everyone.
Alright. Just pulling my dress down. Um, then what number is that now?
That's like 8, at least 8. Have you got a song list?
Yeah, I'm not checking them off though.
I would.
I can't check them off on my laptop.
Oh, I just keep going to this.
Right, I think that's 8. Don't really know.
312 now.
312.
312.
Hang on, I need to find out 62.4% there.
Yes, very good.
312. Can you think of your shout out?
We're getting ready.
Yeah, keep it coming.
Let's get to 500.
Nearly there, guys.
Share with your friends, get more people on.
Your tea's up there.
Thank you. Um, I think— all right, we're going to do that one. Changing. Mind what's on the floor. Oh, where did you choose go. Thank you, Mavis and Vicki, for doing Well done, Tilly, you're doing fantastic. Lots of love from Mavis and Vicky. Thank you, Mavis and Vicky. That's Mavis who you sent a message to in hospital. Oh, hope you're doing well, Mavis.
You want to know why he's on about Rick Astley in the comments?
Um, what did I want? I swear my memory is awful. Awful. Oh, change it. No, not changes, that's changing. 'Cause everything is changing, I've been here for too long. It's not a very popular song. Well, it doesn't pop up straight away. There it is, by Colombe Lafey, who is also amazing. Love her songs. Karaoke. Actually, I think there was another one I liked better. This one. I hate all the oohs and aahs that come with a song. Trying to find a better view.
This ain't me, this ain't cool, this ain't what I signed up to. This ain't right, no good, no good. Oh, everything is changing. I've been here for too long, going through the same things. I've been hurting too long, got to move on. Say I, I can't do this anymore Everything is changing and I know, yeah Gotta let go.
This is why I need some like Moss is just to cover them duets with the O's.
instrumental.
—what it's all about. I want to live my life.
This ain't me, this ain't cool, this ain't what I signed up to. This ain't my life. No good, no good. Oh, everything is changing. I've been here for too long, going through the same things. I've been hurting too long, got so to move on. Say, I, I can't do this anymore. Everything is changing and I know, yeah, gotta let go. Sunny's a moleknight. I've been here for too long. I've been here for too long. I've been here for too long. I've been here for too long. I've been here for too long. I think we'll just end it there.
Yeah, so good. Um, what song? Yeah, what song we on now? 8, 9, 8, 10, 8, 9. If anybody— I don't know who's keeping count. Not the winner takes it all.
Do it, do it!
Shall we just do it? I think I should just do it. I miss you, Leah. I'm just gonna sing this because why not. About the things we've gone through.
Though it's hurting me, now it's history.
I played all my cards, and that's what you've done too. Nothing more to say, no more ace. Play.
When I take it all, the loser standing small beside the victory. Better destiny. I was— I was in your arms thinking I belong there.
Figured it made sense. Building me a fence.
Building me a home. Thinking I'd be strong there.
But I was a fool. Playing by the rules.
The gods may throw a dice, their minds as cold as ice. And someone way down here loses someone dear. The winner takes it all, the loser has to fall. It's simple and it's plain. Why should I complain? Tell me, does she kiss like I used to kiss you?
Does it feel the same when she calls your name? Somewhere deep You must know I miss you, but what can I say? Rules must be obeyed.
The judges will decide. The likes of me abide. Spectators of the show. Always stay in love. The game is on again. A bird or a friend, a big thing or a small, the winner takes it all.
I don't want to talk If it makes me feel sad, and I understand you've come to shake my hand, I apologize. If it makes you feel bad seeing me so tense, No self-confidence.
The winner takes it all.
The winner takes it all.
Did you just see the microphone fly out my hands? Did you, Mom?
Did you see that on the live stream? Someone dear takes the doll's hands to fall and it's playing. I can't play.
All right, sorry about that, nearly smashed my phone with my microphone.
Thank you, Cecilia. Thank you, Cecilia.
Can you get the mic, please? Oh, good. Yeah, you can crawl under the chair. Hands and knees for you. Yeah, you just do that. Oh, this is gonna go again. Hashtag flying microphones. Where's Buddy? He just got a microphone thrown at his face. That's where he is. He's evacuated now. He's under the piano hiding. Bye, bye peeps. What is this? Right, what to do next? I know what I do next, drink some tea. How do I live? Second thing, Cuz I'm not letting it go cold this time, right? Um. Does anyone know if I go on my phone to have a look at my list if this will turn off? Mom, can I borrow your phone? We're back.
This is a marathon, this.
Letting our million cats in.
Oh, you're going to show the cats?
Letting the million cats in. Right. Oh, she doesn't have Amazon Music. I need Amazon Music. The winner takes it all. Lose. I'm saving that one for later, Brandon. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.
What's up? Going to break it.
It's already broken because it says Donics above your name. That's how I know it's you. I have a playlist, Tilly's 2.6 Challenge, so maybe I should remove things that I've done, right? I'm gonna do The song by one of my favorite artists ever, and I can't really compare to his voice, but Here it is. Leave a Light On by Tom Walker. Could feel the trouble causing from my veins. Now I know it's got a hope. Just a phone call left unanswered had me sparking up. These cigarettes won't stop me wondering where you are. Don't let go. Thank you, Faith. Keep a hope.
If you look Into the distance, house upon the hill, guiding like a lighthouse. It's a place where you'll be safe to feel like grace, 'cause we've all made mistakes. If you've lost your way, I will leave a letter. I will leave a letter. I'll believe a light on. I'll believe a light on.
Tell me what's been happening, what's been on your mind lately. You've been searching for a darker place to hide. That's all right, but if you carry on abusing, you'll be ripped from us. I refuse to lose another friend to drugs. Just come home, don't let go.
If you look into the distance, a house upon a hill, guiding like a lighthouse, it's a place where you'll be safe to feel like grace. We've all made mistakes. If you left your way, I will leave a light on. I will leave a light on.
Just let me talk in.
I will leave a light on. I believe in that hope. I believe in that hope. In the distance, there's a house upon a hill, guiding like a lighthouse. It's a place where you'll be safe to feel like reason if you lost your way. If you lost your way. I believe in life. I know you're down and out now, but I need you to be brave. Hiding from the truth ain't gonna make this all okay. I'll see your pain if you don't feel your grace and you've lost your way. I will leave the light on. I will leave the light on. I will leave the light on.
Stop it. I— I didn't meet him. I was gonna say I met him. I went to Capitol Summertime Ball when Tom Walker was there, and he sang that live, and it was amazing. I just thought that was the song starting, but it was like an airplane or something. I'm not really sure. Um, thank you. Next, are we like nearly halfway now? I'm gonna sing Falling Like the Stars. Haven't said it in a while, but just give him page, guys. Just give him page. In the description, leave something. Think of it as like you just went out for a karaoke night and just buying yourself a drink because that's all you need to do to help and save lives and rebuild futures. That's what Meningitis Now is all about. And with me having meningitis, I know the effects that it can have on people. There's so many side effects, and without the amazing research that Meningitis Now are doing doing. Like, I don't even know, because as soon as they find out that somebody like needs help or support, they'll stop, they'll drop everything, and they'll be right at the door. So that's just a couple of reasons why you should consider helping them out a little bit during this quarantined time. Sing in the name of love. Oh, I don't really know the verses though. I couldn't really put myself up to that live. Don't know if I could do that. What was I gonna do? Oh yeah, yeah, you can have your phone back now. You don't have to whisper, Dad. It's good. All right, you're welcome. Hey Dad, everyone. So if you can hear everybody eating in the background now, there's like 15 cats in our house. So, Towers by Little Mix. Now this gets a little bit crazy at the end, so I'm 14 years old. Now, not a word. Only heard what my friends had told me.
Now, feel love when I feel a thing. But all these scars I carry play from your heart, in my heart. And I don't know what to say when you knock on my door and tell me you don't want Oh baby, I'm sure that I'm not gonna fall this time. Oh, you never brought me flowers, never helped me in my darkest hours, and you let the door lay down my heart. It feels nothing, nothing without it. I'm real Remember feeling too high, but I'm right back at the start. Still feeling love when I see your face, but all these tears I can't erase. Sorry, honey. Sorry, heart, but we'll have to start again. So don't knock on my door and tell me you don't wanna fight. Cause I've heard it before and I'm not going back this time. Not going back this time. You never brought me flowers. You never helped me in my darkest hours. But you left it so late that my heart feels nothing, nothing but doubt. Once we were made like cowards. Everything could have been ours, but you left it too late. Now my heart feels nothing, nothing at all. Oh, oh, oh, nothing at all. Oh, when you're close, don't want to change We were made like towers. Everything could have been ours, but you left it too late. Now my heart feels nothing, nothing at all. Oh, nothing at all. Oh, oh, oh. Nothing at all.
Nothing at all. You will feel like toast. Nothing at all. Why? Just because they're not old enough, they haven't got many and stuff.
Just have a look at your chat and just get involved with people on your chat and stuff a bit.
Hello!
On your, like, so whoever's top chat and join chat.
And can't text people back though. No, but you can chat to them. Hi everyone. Oh, hang on, this is actually a moment. Let me do this first.
You know the world can see us in a way that's different than whom we are, creating space between us, two separate hearts. But your faith, it gives me strength, strength to We're breaking free, soaring, flying. There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach. And we're trying. Yeah, we're breaking free. Oh, we're breaking free. Can you feel the building? Like a wave the ocean just can't control, connected by a feeling. Oh, with our very souls, very souls, rising till it lifts us up so everyone can see. We're breaking free soaring, flying. There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach if we're trying. Yeah, we're breaking free. Oh, we're breaking free. Running to get to the place to be all that we can be. Now the time So we're breaking free, we're breaking free. More than hope, more than faith, this is true, this is fate. And together we see it coming. More than you, more than me, not a one, but a need. Both of us breaking free, soaring on Flying. There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach if we're trying. Yeah, we're breaking free, breaking free. We're running or climbing to get to the place to be all that we can be. —Now's the time, so we're breaking free, oh, we're breaking free. Even though the world can see us in a facade that's different from who we are.
That was a duet, so I'll try to do it on my own. Try to be the male and the female.
I don't really know.
Ask somebody. Does anybody— I don't think anyone stayed on that long. Sorry. I don't think it's deaf anymore. Um, next. I think we're on like 10, 11. I think about that. Which one?
Okay.
All right, next up we're gonna do number 10 or 11, I think. I think one number 12.
12? Let's call it 11 so far.
Okay, so this is number 12, um, we're gonna try a jar of hearts. By Christine Perry. It's also amazing. Jar of hot curry powder. This has got some range, this, so we'll see how well I know I can't take one more step towards you, 'cause all that's waiting is regret.
And don't But you know I'm not your ghost anymore.
You lost the love I love the most.
I learned to live half the life, and now you want me one more time.
And who do you think you are?
Running around leaving scars, collecting your jar of hearts and tearing love apart. You're gonna catch a cold from the ice inside your soul, so don't come back for me. Who do you think you are? I hear your rat skin all around. If I am anywhere to be found. But I have grown too strong to ever fall back in your arms. I learned to live half a life, and now you want me one more time. And who do you think you are, running around leaving scars, collecting your jar of hearts? And tearing love apart, you're gonna catch a cold from the ice inside your soul. So don't come back for me. Who do you think you are? Dear, it took so long just to feel alright. Remember how to put You put back the lights in my eyes. I wish I had missed the first time that we kissed. You broke all your promises, and now you're back. You don't get to get me back. And who do you think you are? Running around leaving scars, collecting a jar of hearts, and tearing love apart. You're gonna catch a cold from the ice inside your soul. Don't come back for me, don't come back at all. Run around leaving scars, collecting your jar of hearts, tearing love apart. You're gonna catch a cold from the ice inside your soul, so don't come back for me, don't come back at all. Who do you think you are?
Who do you think you are?
Who do you think you are?
To the person who said I should go on The Voice. Maybe not. Right, are we having like an intermission halfway through?
We should have a chat break.
A chat break? Yeah, let's go off and chat and say more. Okay, pause that. I just pause you.
Pause these. I can do it now. That's a good one.
Right, chat time. Who's chatting? I love a chair. Get a cup of tea. Can you pass me my tea, please? Total so far is 322, which is amazing. Thank you so much. 64.4%. 64.4%. I've got wine, very good. Donuts, very good. No, I don't have wine. Don't— yeah, I know. Hope no one's screen recording this and then they just cut out the part where I say I've got wine. How are you? I'm great, how are you? Starting. My voice by the end of this is gonna sound like an actual frog. Your cat is really cute. Thank you. There are many of them. Look, here's one, Sugar Sweep. And who you saw earlier was Moose. Thank you. Ashani. It's my favorite though, this little white one, big white one. Yeah, thanks for that. She's called Sugar, but we call her Pushkin. When did you start Um, I mean, I wouldn't really class myself as like a singer. I did stage school when I was 7. I think I was 7. Um, I think I was 7. Um, my sisters and I joined a stage school called Stagecoach, and I started in Stage 1. It's like Stage 1 to Stage 3, and I got from Stage 1 to Stage 3. I was in all 3 stages. And we were there, I got like a 5-year reward, so that was pretty cool. And that was the first kind of time I was in the agency as well for a bit, but I went for a couple of auditions, never really got any. We don't talk about that. Um, so yeah, I did stage school for a bit. That was singing, dancing, and drama, like an hour of each for 3 hours every Saturday, but I only I really loved singing then. I think that was like, I think it was my second favorite. I think I like dance, to be honest. But I had to stop that due to my leg problems. I have a video about that, a very long one. It's an hour long. Sorry, I couldn't— there's just so much to talk about, like I couldn't even put it down any more than that. So I've got a long video about that. But long story short, the meningitis I had as a baby, this kind of links to meningitis now as well. And when you have meningitis, it doesn't kind of just stop there. There's consequences that you find out when you get older. So one of mine was my teeth— my adult teeth grew into cage, and it wasn't my fault or anything. It was just, um, my like adult teeth were forming, I guess, when I had meningitis, so it kind of damaged that in a way. And now I've got older, I'm really, really lucky to have got to this height already because so many people that meningitis now work with have stop growing way, way, like, quicker than I did. Like, you can stop growing when you're like 6 and you're that height for life without painful operations. So I was really, really lucky that I stopped growing at around— I think I was like— how old was I, Mum? 11? 10? When my left leg stopped growing?
I think we noticed it when you were around about like 9.
So we noticed that my pelvis was a bit tilted. You should write a song about your story. You know what, I really try to write songs. I'm just not the best at it. I'm quite good at writing. I'm like thinking of writing a book and I've— hi Anna, welcome back. Um, I think about writing a book and about my story and everything. I would love to be able to write songs. And something I'm working on, but I just— I don't know, I'm not really the best at doing it. But my leg stopped growing when I was around— well, we noticed my pelvis was a bit off when I was like 9, and yeah, it turns out my legs stopped growing. Loyal by Paloma Faith. Do you know what is Loyal? I've probably heard it before.
Alexa, play Loyal by Paloma Faith.
Sounds like your voice.
I've heard it, but I don't— I wouldn't Maybe next time, next week, Tina and livestream. No, um, but this is a cool song. Maybe when I— I love Paloma Faith. I don't know the words. I'll learn it. I'll definitely learn it. I love Paloma Faith so much. She's like my singing teacher because I started vocal lessons— when did I start? Like December? Yeah, not even that, was it? You've only had 3 lessons, haven't you? Sorry, I got a notification.
How much have you got?
Mum, I've had about 342 now. Oh, are you?
I don't know. Oh yeah, 342. You've, um, you've only had 3 singing lessons?
Yeah, I've only had 3 singing lessons, like proper. I mean, I did the stage school ones, but I've never had like um, like proper singing lessons except from recently, and I've only had 3, um, and coronavirus stopped them from happening. Yeah, Paloma Faith, she's like— yeah, thank you, Mum, for reminding me what I was— I just go off topic, I get distracted so easily. Um, so I— my singing teacher, she's amazing, she's called Pippa. Hi, Pippa, if you're on. She's absolutely amazing singing teacher. I want to be more 3 lessons with her, but like, she just— she's so great what she's done. And my voice has got so much better just in 3 lessons, like once every month, something like that, maybe twice every month. I love your hair color. Sorry, I'm getting distracted again. Thank you. My hair color, uh, this— no, none of it's natural. My hair used to be this color when I was little, but I got older and then it started ruining like a bit, like it kind of didn't just didn't have a color. It literally got to the point where I posted a picture of me like earlier before I dyed my hair, and I said the caption was, you could tell this picture it wasn't recent because I posted it ages ago because of the color of my hair. And my friend actually said, oh, I loved it when you had brown hair. And it was never actually brown, but it just had— it was so dull. So I decided to dye it. But this pink was just got in last night, and I quite like it. I was hopping on the trend of like just dyeing the bits at the front. But anyway, um, Paloma Faith. Um, my singing teacher wrote— said like what I think I want to be as an artist, something to be thinking about, which is really fun thought to have. Um, but I— she told me like write down my favorite artists and stuff, and they were Paloma Faith like at the top of the list because her voice is like really, really different, and I love her music. It's really different, like just everything about her. She seems really nice as well. And Pink was one of them, and Emily Sandé, and Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga was a huge one. That's why I learned the first one. But fun fact, when I was going to tell you this when I finished playing the piano earlier, I've never actually seen A Star Is Born, and I like sing and listen to the songs all the time. But yeah, they're like my 4— Our Song by Lady Gaga. Um, they're like my 4 top people. And male artists, Harry Styles all the way. Harry Styles is a legend. So they're like my favorite singers, I think I would say, at the moment. Always searching for a love that's perfect. Yeah, I'll get back singing then. We've been on this for 97 minutes coming up, right? It's a full hour and a half, right? Next, why am I taking my phone with us? You know, maybe you would like a different angle.
How about here?
There's a little change of scenery for you. The link isn't working to donate in the description, apparently. How do I change that? Okay, if you would like to donate, thank you. Um, then if you just go on justgiving.com and there's a little search bar— I'm sorry, you'll have to leave the live— but there's a little search bar on the JustGiving website. If you just search Tilly Lockey, like, 2.6 Challenge, or even just Tilly Lockey, it'll probably come up, hopefully come up. So if you want to donate, which would be greatly appreciated, make sure you do, then you can do that there. Okay, I'll try after live. That's great, thank you so much. Keep donating, folks, and I'll get back to it. Right, we're gonna do Falling Like— I've done this one already. I don't want to talk Fallin' Like the Stars by James Arthur, because it's a really pretty song and I love James Arthur. James Arthur is my mom's like all-time favorite singer. Ignore the cat. Falling, falling like the stars. So I'll just come up how he starts falling, which we will be doing later, don't you worry. Here we go. 342. Thank you, Katie Rafferty. Yeah, I know. Hello? Oh, I started. Gonna hold you so close, I swear to God, when I come home. I'll never let go.
Like a river, I flow to the ocean. I know he'll pull me close, guide me home. And I need you to know I know that we're falling so fast, we're falling like the stars, falling in love. And I'm not scared to say those words, with you I'm safe.
We're falling like the stars, falling in love. In love.
It's what I got, I can see.
4 kids with no sleep.
We'll have one on each knee, you and me. Hmm. And when they've grown up, You still the girl in the club when I held your head, 'cause you had too much. And I need you to know that we're falling so fast, we're falling like the stars, falling in And I'm not scared to say those words. With you, I'm safe. We're falling like the stars, falling in love.
I swear to God, every day Won't take you away, 'cause without you, babe, I lose my way.
I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm in— Oh, I'm in love, oh, I'm in love, oh, I'm in love. And I need you to know that we're falling so fast, we're falling like the stars, falling in love. And I'm not scared to say those words. With you I'm safe, we're falling like the stars, falling in love.
Right, we're gonna stop getting these out, bang them out the park. Um, what's next, what's next, what's next? Mum, do you want to be in control of the thing?
I can be. I think you should. You could do, um, Lady Gaga.
Which one? Not the one you like, Mom. You know we're not doing that. Oh, go on. I can't sing it very well. What's this one? This is falling. I can't.
This is pause until later. Yeah.
What else did you have? Don't listen, don't listen. What about patience? Say that.
Tell them why. Tell them why first. Okay, how do I pause this? Give us the controller. Sorry, I'm getting involved now.
Um, what are we doing? Right, I have a story for this one. Um, so this one I'm gonna sing isn't what I would usually sing, and it is called Patience by Take That. You may know. Um, and it has a bit of a story behind it. It was— was it number one? It was number one when I was in hospital with my meningitis. So it's like, it always just brings back memories. And when you look at the lyrics, it seems really fitting, doesn't it? Yeah. And whenever we hear this song, like, it was always what we used to play on our like events that we used to throw, fundraising for My Brainiac Arms. Yeah. And It's just a really important song to us, so it's a bit of a story behind it, and whenever we hear the song, it takes us back. Anything else you want to say about that one? No, that's not—
No, but it will probably make me cry.
Yeah, see, I was like, I don't know if I should sing this song because I'll probably cry for no reason.
I just like get emotional over everything, and it's like, if you're gonna donate donating this song because like this is the song that like means a lot. It was used on every presentation that we did for all of the fundraising we've done in the past. It's like if it's the one time we can say thank you, it's this song because like I think those people that have supported us in the past, this is the song that resonates with most people, right? Just— and can I just say as well, the fact that Tilly can now sing it, being older now, when you were just— you were just a baby when we used to play it. Is it that one you want?
No, that's not that one.
Yeah.
Just hold me close inside your arms tonight. Don't be lost to my emotions. Goodbye, me time. My heart is numb and no feeling So while I'm still needing this time, have a little patience. I really want to start over again. I know you want to be my salvation, the one that I can Always depend. I'll try to be strong, believe me. I'm trying to move on. It's complicated, but understand me, 'cause I, I need time. I My heart is numb and no feeling, so while I'm still healing, just pray and have a little patience. And have a little patience, 'cause it's gone from too deep, it's been hard. But I have to believe.
Have a little patience.
Have a little patience.
'Cause I— My heart is numb, has no feeling. So while I'm still here, then just try and have a little patience. Have a little patience. 16 now. 16 songs. 16 songs. We're all halfway.
What's next? 10 to go.
Um, I've got some extra ones that aren't on there that are on Amazon Music.
What about if the bulb's in?
Yeah, do you want to do that now? Yeah.
Okay, what's the running total now? 352.
I think it needs updated. Yeah, I would.
We are on 342. 342. Yes! Yeah, 68.4%.
My phone's on 10%, so that's a bit of a problem.
Yeah, um, I'll get a plug-in and charge it. Bit of a problem. 342.
Just again, can you put it on charge?
We might have a power bank or something, right?
Adam, you're gonna find that. I'll do this. Can you do this one? Yeah. You all looking for a boy to duet this with, aren't you? She wants to learn this on piano but to have a boy to duet with. So if you're out there—
right, I'm gonna go away now because I'm an embarrassing mum. I was distracted in traffic. This is the boys' part. When the earthquake happened, but it really got me thinking, were you out drinking? Were you in the living room chilling, watching television? It's been a year now, think I figured out how to let you go and let communication die.
I know you know, we know, you're in town forever and it's fine. I know you know, we know, we weren't meant for each other and it's fine. If the world was ending, you'd come over and You'd come over and you'd stay the night. Would you love me for the hell of it? All our fears would be irrelevant. If the world was ending, you'd come over and the sky'd be falling and I'd hold you tight. And there wouldn't be a reason why we would even have to say goodbye. If the world was ending, you'd come over and Right, if the world was ending, you'd come over, right? Right. I tried to imagine your reaction. It didn't scare me when the earthquake happened, but it really got me thinking. Like we went drinking, stumbled in the house and didn't make it past the kitchen. Oh, it's been a year now.
Think I feel figured out how, how to think about you without it ripping my heart out.
And I know you know we know you weren't down for leather, and it's fine. I know you know we know we weren't meant for each other, and it's fine. But if the world was ending, you'd come over, right? You'd come over and stay the night. Would you let me fall All our fears would be irrelevant. If the world was ending, you'd come over and the sky be falling while I hold you tight. No, there wouldn't be a reason why we would even have to say goodbye. If the world was ending, you'd come over and—
right, you'd come over, right, you'd come over, right.
Mm. I know you know we know you ain't down for forever and it's fine. I know you know we know we weren't meant for each other and it's fine. But if the world was ending, you'd come over, right? You'd come over and you'd stay the night. Would you love me for the hell of it? All our fears would be irrelevant if the world was ending. You come over, the sky be falling while I hold you tight. No, there wouldn't be a reason why we would even have to say goodbye. If the world was ending, you come over, right? You come over, you come Over you come over. If the world was ending, you come over.
Yay! Bye!
If the world was ending.
17. 17. Mom, think. Yep, which one? Next song. We should do, um, clown. Yeah, you know, I did the— I'll read all about it.
What was the one you did when you shouted the microphone that time on the— was that Remember Us to Spain, or was that a different microphone? Huh? The one where you were singing on the microphone?
Always Remember Us to Spain did it.
That's good, man.
Thanks. We can do this. Yeah, this one? No, it's just the first one. Which one do you want? Clam by Emily Sunday.
I love this one.
I'd be smiling if I wasn't so desperate.
I'd be patient if I had the time. I could stop and answer all of your questions.
Soon as I find out how I can move from the bed to the floor.
I'll be your clown behind the glass. Go ahead and laugh, 'cause it's funny, I would too. And I saw me, I'll be your clown. On your favorite channel. My life's circles, circles, round circles, selling out tonight. I feel as angry if it was my decision.
And the money was just rolling in.
'Cause it's morning hour too, and that's only— I'll be your cloud and your favorite shadow. My life's a circle, circle, round in circles, sailing out tonight. For this is my choice. I'll be a clown behind the glass, go ahead, laugh, 'cause it's funny, I would too if I saw me. I'll be a clown on your favorite channel, my life's a circus, circus, That was amazing too. That was really, really good.
That was really good.
You're good at that one. Yeah, thank you.
Well, it's one of my favorite ones.
Next number. Come on, we can do this. Everyone get on in. Nearly there. Tell them why they should donate, Tilly.
Donate! What do you want?
On next?
Um, blank space. Um, you should all donate because meningitis now are helping so many people every day. Why don't you tell them what happened to you? Well, if you don't know what happened to me, I had meningitis when I was a baby. That's why I have no hands. And without everybody's help in the very beginning fundraising for me, I wouldn't be where I am today. I wouldn't be able to have brennecoms, and it's because of everybody's, um, love and support. Yeah, it's because of everybody's love and support that I am able to have these amazing hands and It's because of everybody speaking out that we now have a vaccine for meningitis, but that doesn't mean that all strains are completely covered. So we need charities like Meningitis Now to be able to help the people who've already been affected, help people who are still being affected because there's so many different strains of meningitis, and Meningitis Now do research to help find cures and everything like that. But they also do something that's really, really, really, really important, and that's to show love and care and support for people who've already been affected. So that's just a couple of reasons. Um, what song do you ask? Swank Face. I sound like I'm crying, but it's just my voice has done like 15 songs.
Choice.
I have no voice tomorrow, by the way.
Nice to meet you.
Where you been? I can show you incredible things. Magic, madness, heaven, sin. So you're that and that's that. Oh my God, look at that face. You look like the next mistake. Love's a game, wanna play? Hey, new money student type, I can read you like a magazine. Ain't it funny, rumors fly, and I know you heard about me. So hey, let's be friends, trying to see how this one ends. Grab your passport and my hand, I can make the bad guys good for a week. It's gonna be forever, or it's gonna go down in flames. You can tell me when it's over if the how was worth the pain. Gotta know when to stop, it's lovers, they'll tell you I'm insane. 'Cause you know I love the players, and you love the game. 'Cause we young and we reckless, we'll take this way too far. It'll leave you breathless or with a nasty scar. Got it all with the other clubbers, and I'll tell you I'm insane, but I got a blank face, baby, and I'll write your name. Cherry lips, crystal skies, I can show you incredible things. Stolen Kisses, pretty lies, you're the king, babe, behind your queen. Find out what you want, be that girl for a month, but the worst is yet to come. Oh no! Screaming, crying, perfect storm. I can make old people turn gross. Got it filled with porn. Give you second guesses like, oh my God, who is she? I get drunk in jealousy, but you'll come back each time you leave.
Stalling on the nightmare just like a daydream.
So it's gonna be forever, or it's gonna go down in flames. You can tell me when it's over if the how was worth the pain. But along with the others, others, they'll tell you I'm insane. 'Cause you know I love to play around. And you love the game, 'cause the young in my right pants won't take this way too far. It'll leave you breathless, or with a nasty scar. And I always love ex-lovers, they'll tell you I'm insane. But I got a blank space, baby, and I'll write your name. Only one love.
If it's torture, don't say I didn't say I didn't warn you.
Boys only want love. If it's torture, don't say I didn't say I didn't warn you. Or if you're gonna go down in flames, you can tell me when it's over. If the house —worth the pain. Got a long list of ex-lovers, they'll tell you I'm insane. Just gonna love the players and you love the game, 'cause we're young and more reckless. Ooh, take this way too far, it'll leave you breathless. Always been a nasty scar. Got a long list of ex-lovers, they'll tell you I'm insane.
I literally can't talk at this point. My voice after how many songs is this? 19 songs. My voice after 19 songs.
You've done like 2 albums.
I know, I've done like a concert. This is one hell of a challenge, folks. Better be worth it. Stay there and watch.
Donate a Coke. Right, what do you want next?
I really am going to be speechless by the end of this.
Let's be speechless.
Which one do you want to do? Um, can I do Shameless? It's not on there, right? Can I look at the one? Yeah, if you feel up to it. Not really.
But you know, it's just karaoke fun, isn't it? Yeah. Oh no, I need to delete the first song.
Press clear. Yeah. How are we all doing? Yeah, have a chat. How are we all doing? I'm gonna sleep well tonight, I'll tell you that one for free. What's happening? Mum's not good with the tech.
I'm fine, it's gone off for some reason.
Just press home on the thing and scroll down to YouTube. How many pets has everybody got? What are the names? What do you want? Shameless. I know I'm shameless. Oh yeah, I know the one. Screaming my lungs. Your voice is going to get deeper. How many songs have you done? I think around 19. This is 20. This is number 20. You told me we've got 7 left.
Yeah, we've nearly done it, but we need to smash the target. We need to reach it.
You can't even keep singing until we get 500. That works.
Everyone, please, please, I'm begging you. If I wasn't begging you now, I'm vlogging you now. One dog, his name is Roscoe. Free dogs, chicken, sausage. Oh yeah, free dogs, chicken, sausage. I thought you want about free dogs like a chicken. Guys, please donate, please. It won't let me donate. You— if the link's not working, then you can just search JustGiving and search Tilly Lockey. This is a bit low, so I don't know if my voice is up to this anymore, forever. Don't speak, no, don't try. It's been a secret for the longest time. Don't run, no, don't hide. Been running from it for the longest time.
So many mornings I woke up confused in my dreams. I do anything I want to. My emotions are Make it, they're taking me out of my mind. Right now I'm shameless, screaming my lungs out for ya, not afraid to face it. I need you more than I want to, need you more than I want to. Show me you're shameless. Write it on my neck, why don't you? And I won't erase it. I need you more than I want to. Need you more than I want to. Oh, oh, don't wanna do this now. Oh, oh, don't wanna do this now. Oh, oh, don't wanna do this now. Oh, oh, don't wanna do this now.
So what if now it's real? Now that you have me, do you want me still?
My kisses and history, they go back a long time, and I'm tired of loving somebody that's not mine. So many mornings I woke up confused in my dreams. I'd do anything I want to you. My emotions are naked, they're taking me out of my My right now I'm shameless, screaming my lungs out for you, not afraid to face it. I need you more than I want to, need you more than I want to. Show me you're shameless, write it on my neck. Why don't you And I want it, baby. I need you more than I want to, need you more than I want to. Oh, don't want to do this now. Oh, oh, don't want to do this now. No, oh, don't want to do this now. Oh, oh, don't want to do this now. Distance inches in between us. I would I want you to give in, I want you to give in. Weakness, tension in between us, I just want to give in. And I don't care if I'm forgiven. Right now I'm shameless, screaming my lungs out for you. Not afraid to face it. I need you more than I want to, need you more than I want to. Show me you're shameless, write it on my neck, why don't you? I want it, baby. I need you more than I want to, need you more than I want to. Don't want to do this now, uh, uh, don't want to do this now, uh, uh, don't want to Joel and Sammy, thank you, Joel and Sammy.
It's about time. My voice is like, literally, I don't know if we'll make it to 26. Yeah, I saw somebody say, how do I donate? If you just go on Google or whatever search engine you like and search JustGiving, that's the website, and then they'll have a search box on the JustGiving website. And if you just search my name, Tilly Lockey— if you just search my name, Tilly Lockey, then it should come up, and you just press donate. Please do. If not for everybody else in the world, do it for me. Have you put it in the thingy as well?
Right, what song do you want now, Tilly?
An easy one, you know. Um, you're almost there. Do a Disney song. This is a Disney song.
We love a Disney song. And I'm almost there. I think you should do the dance. I'm almost there.
While you're on— what? The dance. What's the dance that you and Tilly were doing the other night? That's the wrong song. Oh, was it? Yeah.
That's the wrong movie. No, it wasn't.
It was Aladdin. Mum, the one I'm putting on is from The Prince and the Frog. Oh, Mum is not down with the times at all. Oh, I do like Disney. You got Disney Plus for a reason, Mum. Use it. You need to like brush up on your Disney skills.
Oh, no wonder when I was putting it in on Alexa the other day, I was putting Almost There, Aladdin, it was like, we don't know what the song is. Is this charging?
Yeah, it hasn't died yet, so I'm guessing it must be Yeah, we have to plug this in. We've got a white— no, that's silence. You're getting requests.
I won't be silent.
Oh, that's great.
No, was that something you were singing the other day and you were doing this?
You'll never have a friend like me. It goes— I'm not a dancer. Yeah, follow me on TikTok though. Tilly Lockey, that's my name. Pretty easy to remember. Instagram, Tilly.Lockey. Follow it. Subscribe to the YouTube channel. Happy Go Lucky? No, not Happy Go Lucky. Happy Go Lucky sucks. That's my dad's YouTube channel. Subscribe to him if you want maths help. Yes. Right, which one do you want? Um, just second one.
Uh, yeah, and the bit of Disney writing. I like the chorus.
That's like— that's— I don't even know if I know the rest of it.
No, no, I don't have time for Dancing.
You mean home, Julie? That just have to wait a while.
Got time for messing around, and it's not my style. Slow down, take the easy way. But I know exactly where I'm going, getting closer Every day and I'm almost there, almost there.
People down here think I'm crazy, but I don't care.
Trials and tribulations will have my share. Ain't nothing gonna stop me 'cause I'm almost there, almost there.
Sienna, come join in.
Say hi to the livestream, this Sienna.
It's so cringe night.
Boys, I'm coming through. I'm almost there, almost there. People gonna come here from everywhere, and I'm almost there, I'm almost there.
Yeah, that's a little Disney song for you. You should do another Disney song. What Disney songs? Oh, I'm really good at Simba. I feel like if I was— if I was like a boy, I would sound like Simba, like whoever voice acts him. You almost there, 5 to go. Is there anyone who stayed from here from the start? Like, oh my gosh, I've heard this. I mean, actually, it is Luciana, I think. I think— oh God. So yeah, I mean, what's your name? I'm forgetting who people are at this point. Luciana, you should sing a song for me in my place. We should do it. You bet. You know what, Luciana's really good at singing Defying Gravity, aren't you, Luciana? Should we put it on? Yeah, Luciana, do it. You'll get picked up by Broadway, I'm telling you.
Look at the boys, I'm coming through.
Break glass.
Why don't we do it together, like as a duet?
Yeah, she's better than me though, guys. Luciana should be the one doing the 26 song challenge because she's like so good at belting. Broadway, if you're watching, don't be shy, put some more. If you don't get that reference, then You should. 22. What we doing? Defying gravity?
Yeah. No way.
Hopelessly devoted to you. I know, that's cuz somebody commented it. All right, my mom, my mom sang it the other day. Hope you're happy.
I hope you're happy now. I hope you're happy now. You've heard the call forever.
I hope you think You're clever.
I hope you're happy. I hope you're happy too. I hope you're proud of how you would grow in the situation. You could be drooling in the picture, so I can't imagine how. I hope you're happy right, right now. Elfy, listen to me. Who's who?
Just say you're so Y'all gonna be alphabet. Who's alphabet? Me. All right.
Still be with the wizard. What you've worked and waited for. You can have all you ever wanted. Wanted. I know. But I don't want it. No. I can't want it anymore.
I love how it like actually works. Something has changed within me. Something is not the same.
I'm through with playing by the rules.
Someone else's game. Too late for second guessing.
Too late to go back to sleep. It's time to trust my instincts. Close my eyes and leap. It's time to try defying gravity. I think I'll try defying gravity, and you can't pull me down.
I'm through accepting limits 'cause someone says they're so.
Some things I cannot change, but till I try, I'll never know. Too long I've been afraid of losing love. I guess I'm lost. But if that's love, it comes at much too high a cost. I do not abide by gravity. Kiss me goodbye. I'm defying gravity, and you can't hold me. Glimpse.
Oh, is that you? Come with me. Think what we could do together.
Unlimited. Together we're unlimited. Together we'll be the greatest team we've ever been. Glinda.
Dreams the way we plan them.
If we work in tandem, there's no fight we cannot win. Just you and I defying gravity. With you and I defying gravity. Never bring us down. Well, you coming?
Favorite bit?
Act it out. Act it. I hope you're happy. Excuse you.
Now that you're choosing this. You too. I hope it brings you bliss.
I really hope You get it and you don't live to regret it.
I hope you're happy in the end. I hope you're happy, my friend.
This is right, this is where it all goes wrong. Luciana can do this, I can't.
So if you can't find me, look to the western sky. As someone told me lately, everyone deserves a chance to fly. And if I'm flying so low and resemble a tree, to those who ground me, take a message back from me. Me. Tell them how I defy gravity. I'm flying high, defying gravity. I do not let them in me now. And nobody in all of Oz, nor wizard that there is or was, is ever gonna bring me down. Bring me down.
That was awesome!
Way! Should be more people clapping.
Everybody clap! I hope you're all clapping at home. I hope you are. I hope you're clapping. I hope you're clapping at home. And some of you draw requests to Let It Go. Oh no way!
You could do, my pal, what? Flurry through the air and to the ground.
No, Tilly, you go. A fun fact that lots of people don't know about me is I can— I'm actually kind of good at opera. All right, what do you want now? This is for you, Sammy. I think you'll regret asking, but you know, I'll do it for you. I can't wait for the Frozen 2 DVD. I'm obsessed. Obsessed with that show. It's not a show, movie.
Tilly, do you want to sing a song? And Joel asked you to do Shiny.
Shiny. I'm so shiny.
That's like my favorite Disney song. Scrub the deck and make it all shiny. Buddy, buddy, I'm so— Come back, I feel more confident with you here.
Okay, right, so if I grab between— this is 23.
Oh no, I'm so happy! I can't go low anymore, guys. Might go close-up singing. The snow glows white on the mountain tonight, not a footprint to be seen. To be seen.
I came to my isolation and it looks like I'm the queen.
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside. Inside. Couldn't keep it in Heaven knows I tried.
Don't let them in, don't let them see. Be the good girl you always have to be. Conceal, don't feel, don't let them know. Well, now they know. Let it go, let it go. Can't hold it back anymore. Let it go, let it go. Turn away and slam the door. I don't care what they're going to say. Let the storm rage on. The cold never bothered me anyway.
Anyway. Anyway, somebody should come in. It's funny how some distance makes everything seem small, and the fears that once control me can't get to me at all. It's time to see what I can do, to test the limits and break through.
No right, no No rules for me. I'm free. Let it go, let it go. I'm one with the wind and sky. Let it go, let it go. You'll never see me cry. Here I stand and here I stay. I'll stay as the storm rages on.
You think you've got it bad? I've been singing 23 songs. I can't breathe.
My power flourishes through the air into the ground. My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around. I'm on the crystalline, it's like a night sea blast. I'm never going back, the past is in the past. Let it go, let it go. I'll rise like the break of dawn. Let it go, let it go. Let it go, the perfect girl is gone. Here I stand in the light of day.
The storm rages, cold never bothered me anyway. We sound like proper dead cats at the end. Nicole never bothered me anyway. I was just giving a £50 donation.
Shout out to him.
Thank you, Gunna. Thanks so much for your £50 donation. That means the world to me. I bet it was the Disney songs that pushed it over. I bet it was. Right, what's next? What's that other Disney one I wanted to do? Oh, I'm gonna be a mighty king in a movie world. Oh, Luciana is basically Zazu in human form, so she gets— she's really like obsessed with never being a king or beast. For quite so little hair. Tilly, do you want to be the sound effect? What's it called? Mine? What? What's it going to be? A sound effect? Just can't wait to be king. Can't wait to be king. Is that what it's called? Don't know. Oh my God, I think it I just can't wait to be king.
I can't help falling in love.
Feel how smooth this piece of hair is.
Gonna be a mighty king, enemy beware.
Yes, this is my jam. Forget pop songs.
How many can we nail it? Can you got a sweet voice?
Gunner on the chat saying you've been singing for 2 hours, so say big thank you again to him.
Thank you, Gunner. You've been singing for 2 hours, that's amazing.
I've been singing for 2 hours. Yes, I have. So enemies beware, will I be a king or beast?
With quite so little hair, good, be the name of it. Like no king was before, brushing up on looking down, I'm working on my roar.
Sorry, you know how old she is.
Oh, I just can't wait to be king. If you think— No one said do this. Said that. No one said be here. No one said stop that. No one said see here. We don't want to run all day. Who's kicking me out? Free to do it all my way.
It's time that you and I arrange a heart-to-heart.
Kings don't need advice from little hornbill for a start. This is where her monarchy is heading. Count me out!
I'll just stir this out of Africa. I wouldn't hang about.
This child is getting wildly out of wing. Oh, I just can't wait! To be king.
We just vibing, innit?
Vibing. You see me vibing. Look left, everybody look right, everybody look high, standing spotlights. Yes! for broken things. Sealed in blood and on the wing. It's gonna be fixed in the spider's flee. Oh, I just can't wait to be king. Just can't wait to be king. Just can't wait. To be king. Yay!
Right, what's that now?
That is 24 songs.
Right, can we all agree that I am like— she's Zazu human form and I'm Simba human form?
Look, don't stop me.
Mommy, I lost my bubble.
Yeah, wait, I think we should end it on that.
Yeah, finish on that. What's left?
Is there 2 left? 2 songs to go. 2 songs left, right? 1, uh, yeah, I could do like what I've learned on piano. All right, because it's— well, I like doing it on piano though, but do one more second, then I've done that. No, we're ending on— right, everybody, I'm going to play the piano. I'm going to 7-Age you all. I think it's time that you and I have a heart-to-heart.
Everybody, show my breasts. Reconnect, maybe.
Yep, cool. We're back. Hey, are you on? Don't know how this— how good this will be because Harry Styles' voice is pretty low and my voice is pretty gone.
So you can hear your voice, it's nearly gone.
Oh well, this is the introduction that I really like. I'll just play this without voice.
And there's no one's place but the drink in the long, weary nights.
Forget what I said, it's not what I meant.
And I can't take it back, I can't uncut the time we What about now? What about now? What if I'm someone I don't want around? I'm falling again, I'm falling again, I'm falling. What if I'm What if I'm out? What if I'm someone you won't talk about? I'm falling again, falling again.
Go away. You said you'd care and you miss me.
Me too. And how will I find you in songs about you? But the coffee's out at the Beachwood Cafe. Not again. 'Cause I know we've run out of things we can say. What am I now? What am I now? What if I'm someone I don't want around? I'm falling again, I'm falling again, I'm falling. What if I'm down? What if I'm out? What if I'm someone you won't talk about? I'm falling again, I'm falling again, I'm falling, and I get the feeling that you'll never need me again. That's what you're getting.
Hey, well done! Brilliant! Great job, Tilly! Proud of you, very proud. Yes, Dad. Did I mention you're proud?
Yeah, very proud. Who can somebody donate?
Remember that, um, yeah, we've got an anonymous donation taking us up to just £58 to go.
£58, come on, we can do this!
What, one song left? One song left, £58.
Everybody on the live, £1 each. Wait, I don't think there's 50 of you online. No, there's 25 people. Oh, right, £2 each. I found the song. Um, what was it again? Don't stop me now, having such a good time. Right, put this back up for you.
Is that right for you?
Um, come fix it while I do the song. Come on, £500 goal, let's do this! But thank you so much, everybody who's donated just off this live has been absolutely insane because I think we were on like— what were we, what were we on? We were We were on like £80 and now we're on £442, so that's literally insane. Thank you so much everybody. You've—
oh, we can make it up every weekend.
How to donate? Yeah, a lot of people were struggling with donating and we're gonna do it afterwards. Um, I know the link isn't working in the description, so if you just search up on Google or your search engine JustGiving, and that's the website that it's on, just, justgiving in, in the URL, justgiving.com. And then when you're on JustGiving's page, you search Tilly Lockey, which is just my name, and it'll come up and it'll be Tilly's 26 Song Challenge, and you can just donate.
That's a tongue twister.
Tilly's 26 Song Challenge.
You can edit the description afterwards. Yeah, I'll edit it.
I'll— yeah, if you follow me on Instagram as well, I'll make another link on there. So everybody, let's make 500! Let's do it! 500? Not 5— oh, what? Wait, yeah, 500. Yeah, but we need 58 pounds. You did it, Tilly!
This is the last song. You did it! I'm shocked. Give me Uncle.
Oh, it's the primary teacher. Go for it. It's the primary teacher of Xbox. We can do it, guys. We've got a lot of requests for this one. I'm gonna have a real good time.
I'll turn it inside out, yeah. Floating around in ecstasy, so don't stop me now. Don't stop me 'cause I'm having a good time, having a good time. My screams are leaping through the sky like sirens.
Defying the laws of gravity.
I'm a race car passing by like Lady Godiva.
I'm going to go, go, go, go. No stopping me.
I'm going to rule the sky. Yeah, 200°. That's why they call me Mr. Fahrenheit. I'm traveling at the speed of light. I want to make a supersonic man out of for you.
Don't stop me now, I'm having such a good time, I'm having a ball. Don't stop me now, if you wanna have a good time, just give me a call.
Don't stop me 'cause I'm having a good time, don't stop me 'cause I'm having a good time, don't wanna stop at all.
On my way to Mars, so collision course. I'm a satellite, I'm out of control. I'm a satellite, ready to unlock light like an atom bomb.
About to oh, oh, oh, oh, oh explode. I'm burning through the sky, yeah, 200 degrees. That's why they call me Mr. Fahrenheit. I'm traveling at the speed of light. I like it. Good time, good time. Oh yeah, sounds fun. All right.
How do we still have energy?
How do I still have energy? Next day, no X-Actos to look at. I know, next door.
Time. I'm having a ball, don't stop me now. If you wanna have a good time, give me a call.
Don't stop me 'cause I'm having a good time.
Mic drop.
I'm having a good time, don't wanna stop at all.
Do a three-way, like, what's this called? Like, wedding dance, I think.
That's it, you did it! We did it, folks!
Thank you, clumsy bum. Well, thank you very much, Tilly Lockey. I really appreciate I appreciate that. After all I've been through, you'd think you'd understand.
Um, glad to hear that.
Have you got lucky? Hopefully we can get a sequel on Tilly's Molly at Good Times. Yes, good job! Thank you everybody. Thank you.
Good night. I can't even speak. Thank you, Tainted Fashionate. Thank you, Bloody. Thank you, Donix. Thank you.
No, Donix says 520. We made it, folks! We made it!
Smash the goal out the park! Whoever did that, you are an absolute legend, and I want to be your best friend. £520 for meningitis now, for so many lives being rebuilt and supported. Thank you so much, it means the world to me. Thank you everybody for joining in, it's been really fun. And nearly lost hope halfway through, but we made it to the end and better than ever. Don't stop me now, don't stop us now. Until next time, until next time, same time next week. No, I'm joking, we're not doing it next week. But thank you so much everybody for your support, it means the world to me. Thanks Hayden, thanks Gunner, thanks Joel and Sammy and the Norman— Anonymous. Yes, thank you. Enjoy the rest, Tilly Lockey. Thank you. Oh, oh, oh, phone drop.
Bye everyone, thank you so much. Bye.
