What's the number one reason a business does not grow? It's you, the owner, the CEO. So when a business is maxed out, it's because their owner and the CEO is maxed out in capacity. It's because they're not doing what they do best. They're not emphasizing their unique ability. Their business has gotten to a certain point, they're at a maximum capacity. They're not able to take their personal development to the next level. So how is it at LX Council that you do that? And you do that through proprietary tools that we have that help you analyze and figure out what is it that you do best, that your peer group's going to help you through their experiences on how it is you can break that barrier and be the leader in your full potential. So our question is always to you, are you at your full potential? And I ask you that today. Is, are you at that full potential? Are you doing everything possible that you can at that next level so your organization can move up with you? Because if not, your organization will be flat and growth will be extremely difficult, if not at all. An example of how LX Council and the peer group helps is that there was a daughter whose father suddenly passed away, and he was second generation of this business. And suddenly she found herself in the CEO role, not knowing exactly what her unique abilities were and how it is that she could actually manage a multi-million dollar company with hundreds of employees. So it was her peer group and moderator that helped her understand how it is she could be her style and it could be her company with her style, not just her father's and grandfather's, yet keep their legacy to continue to build it and move on to a successful successful third-generation company, which is exactly what it is today, that continues to win many awards in the local community for how well they not only treat their employees but also in growth.
