Business owners who join supportive councils become more profitable, then reinvest those gains into better employee conditions and community contributions. It's a cycle where individual growth and community health feed each other.
So it's always about giving back and helping and, you know, the community grows and as a result, because as those business owners grow and are healthier by being in a group, they become a more profitable client, but they are more profitable to put back into the community through their employees, etc. So it's right, always full circle.
