I took the Academy, I believe, 8 to 10 weeks ago or thereabouts, probably the lower side of that. And I've got a group launching. In fact, we've already launched. Last week, we had our first group meeting, which went fantastically well. Prior to that, I individually onboarded each team member. And looking forward, we've scheduled out the quarterly sessions with each of the members. It's, it's been tremendous. And now that I'm looking back in our conversation today, it's reminded me of all the hard work and support that I had in launching and getting going.
