I find that as we're going through the group and somebody has an issue that they want to talk through, so everybody kind of dives into the issue and gives advice and asks questions, and, and you come to a resolution for that, or you offer your advice and give value to the individual. What I didn't expect was how much value that would be to me and my business. You know, you're offering people advice, but at the same time you are still thinking of, wait, how does that affect me, and should I be thinking about that differently? And you're listening into all these different points of view. So even by the very act of helping somebody else work through an issue, it does wonders in your own business. The sense of pride with people that you've known for 3 months, when somebody comes to a meeting and they've accomplished something, you really feel proud of them. It's something that I— another thing I didn't expect.
