But what I always loved about the mastermind model was this idea of you learn from your peers. You are learning from people who have walked in similar shoes but maybe have had different experiences. And I think often in leadership training and development, it's often outsourced to experts. And yet there's so much expertise, right, that lives within leaders. You learn leadership by doing.
