Hey TikTok, this is Tisha Morris with Entertaining Law. Today I'm talking about the difference between trademark and copyrights. Alright, so this video is for all content creators. And so copyright is anything that you create. Alright, so a book, a news article, music, software, things that you create and put in a tangible form. That's important that you, number one, make sure you're not infringing upon others. Check out my, my video before this one on trademark searches to make sure you're not infringing on others before you file your trademark.
