As I'm sure you know by now, the Canadian Parliament has deputized me to consider which American states will become provinces of Canada. I am now prepared to make my first batch of announcements, and I will solicit your feedback in the comments for the next round. The lucky states which will become new provinces of Canada are, first of all, Oregon. We will take all of Oregon immediately. And by the way, Oregon, you can thank Portland for that. It has nothing to do with everything else. Washington State will be next, although we will not take the city of Vancouver because they stole our city's name. I'm prepared to enter into negotiations with California. California is not yet on the ballot. And I always get Wisconsin and Minnesota mixed up. I think it's Minnesota that I want. Wherever Fargo came from, we'll take those people too. And the city of Chicago only. Those are my first batches, which will be granted admission into, uh, into Canada.
