In this brief video, Jocelyn Maffin stands on the Harbourfront Walkway at Maffeo Sutton Park in Nanaimo on March 1st and promotes the second‑annual "Tod's Nanaimo Infusion" taking place April 24‑26. She highlights the centerpiece of the event—a large family photo scheduled for Saturday at noon in the park—and explains the dual purpose of the gathering: to attract American tourists to experience Canada and spend money locally, and to draw healthcare providers to the region’s medical system. Hey, I'm Jocelyn Maffin and I'm in Nanaimo and it's an absolutely stunning March 1st. I'm here on the Harbourfront Walkway at Maffeo Sutton Park and I just wanted to invite you to Tod's Nanaimo Infusion, which is happening for the second year in a row, April 24th to 26th. Again this year, all we are actually organizing is the big family photo on the Saturday at noon in this here park. The whole idea is inviting Americans to come up and enjoy a bit of Canada, spend their American dollars in our city, and also attract a few healthcare providers to our system. I hope you'll come, I hope you'll bring your families, and I hope you'll bring your healthcare provider friends. And we'd love to see you. There's so much to see here, and I promise we're friendly.
