Hello, I will make this quick. If you're an American healthcare worker looking for safety for your family, there are dozens of communities across Canada who will drop everything to help you get here. My wife and I, along with volunteers across this country, are building the National Healthcare Infusion Movement. You can see it at healthcareinfusion.org. Pick a community listed there. It'll take you to a community-run resource site with information about immigration and jobs and programs for your kids and so on. Most already have Discord communities where you can chat live with locals in the area and ask them whatever you need to ask. What are the schools like? Do queer people feel safe there? Whatever. Here in my community, Nanaimo, which is on the far west coast of Canada, we're hosting a weekend April 24th to 26th where you can come up, check out the area. We'll arrange hospital visits if you're a nurse, clinic visits if you're a doctor, introduce you to recruiters at the regional health authorities, whatever you need. We have a whole community of 100,000 people here ready to help you. You can check us out at nanaimoinfusion.ca. Look, Canada is not perfect. But people here do not go bankrupt because they get sick. Your teenager can walk into high school without rehearsing how to barricade a classroom door. If you work directly with patients and you are ready to build a life where your work is valued and your family is safe, come to Canada. You already have friends here.
